As part of the community at Emerald Beach Resort, enjoy fantastic on-site amenities including Tropical pool areas and a whirlpool spa. This condo is on the 6th floor.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the inviting living room, furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa and Love seat. Watch your favorite family movies or shows on the new flat-screen TV as of January 2020, Slide opens the balcony glass doors, and listen to the rolling waves.

KITCHEN & DINING

Channel your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, detailed with sparkling granite countertops and appliances.

When it’s time to eat, share meals at the table for four or perch at the breakfast bar for two.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to eight guests between the two bedrooms, bunk beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room. All bedrooms are equipped with a 32” screen TV.

Find quiet privacy in the tranquil master suite, outfitted with a king bed. Enjoy private access to the balcony. The spacious en-suite bathroom features a double vanity, a garden tub, and a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Take in sweeping panoramas of the Gulf from your private balcony. Ride the elevator down to the sugar-white sand beaches.

Just steps from the beach, you can swim, collect seashells and relax all day. When you come off the beach, jump into one of the MANY pools located on-site, or feel free to play in the game area with shuffleboard, basketball, and Ping Pong.

Spring break 2025

We had a fantastic time! The condo was perfect and even had a closet with 4 beach chairs and toys for the beach. The pool at the resort was so nice, we spent a lot of time back there after visiting the gulf or activities. The kids could play without worry and were always within eye. Hoping to be back next year!

Great getaway

We've stayed at Emerald Beach several times and this, by far, was the best condo we've had. My kids loved all of the beach toys and accessories and I liked having a full size washer and dryer!

The location at the end of the building meant we just had a few steps to the elevator and then quick access to an area of beach to set up our tent. We liked the 2 king sized beds. We would recommend the condo to friends.

Great place to stay!!

This condo was everything it said it was and more! Was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable, it was like being at home. Kenn was great to work with too, answered all my questions and had everything ready for us when we arrived....even left a big bag of ice because the ice maker had quit working while his family was there the week before us (but ice maker actually started working again). We would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Kenn, it really was GREAT!!

The condo was super clean and well stocked! The management was super responsive via text. It was very crowded this time of year in PCB but the location of Emerald Beach Resort is within walking distance to several area restaurants and shopping. We all really loved the amenities of the resort and enjoyed both pools, outdoor games, the Sky Bar and of course Starbucks. We will definitely be back!!

A Week In Paradise!

We absolutely love this condo! It was perfect for our family of 6! The 2 pools are amazing! There is a bar, a snack bar with pizzas , ice cream, etc, Starbucks, and souvenir shop all onsite! Runaway Island is one of our favorite restaurants and it's walking distance right next door! :) The condo is well stocked with everything you need to cook. I actually never left the condo for the first 3 days we were there except to walk next door for dinner and across the street to get doughnuts for breakfast! :) We will be booking this condo again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful beach-front condo!

We had a great stay at this condo. It was clean, well-decorated, right on the beach, and accomodated our party comfortably (we had 4 adults and 2 children). The condo was in a great location as it was just a short drive to many restaurants, attractions, and Pier Park. There were two pools for us to use, one with a tiki bar and live music/D.J. The owners of this property were very nice people and extremely helpful as questions were always answered in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this unit to a family or friend, and I'm sure our family will be staying there again in the future.

Condo was great, 6th floor, not long wait for elevators. Loved the skyway bar, My wife won 4 times playing bingo. Loved the recliners. Plenty of water playthings in the closet. AC worked great. Response to our smoke detector was very quick. Owners brother came out in 15 minutes .

Great condo in PCB!

Such a great location! Unit is in the end of the building and makes moving around between floors so easy because there is an elevator right at the unit. It’s an end unit so there is essentially no traffic. Furnishings and kitchen wares are quite adequate. Everything you’ll need! Walking distance to several restaurants (Runaway Island was our fav and right next door). Diner, pizza and seafood market across the street. The seafood market will steam your food and it is wonderful! Kenn is super responsive!

The condo was great for our family. Pack and play was a great addition. Lots of sand toys. Close to trash deposit. Elevators did not take long. Lots of pots and pans to cook. Washer pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap. Wish there were more wash cloths/hand towels for dishes. Floor got a slippery from humidity probably. Bring lots of socks. Beds were comfy. Great view. Quiet resort.

Ken was great to work with. He made the rental process very easy and was only a phone call away if I needed anything! The unit is updated and larger than most of the 2 bedrooms we have rented in the past. Absolutely loved it being an end unit, the elevator and stairs are very convenient. The resort has many great amenities and is in walking distance of several great restaurants and souvenir shops. The boardwalk to the beach has very few steps. The only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is because my husband was the only one that could open the sliding door to the balcony. We love sitting on the balcony. Once the door is fixed, I would give it at 5+ rating. We will definitely rent from Ken in the future.

I would give this place a total 5 star rating if it wasn't for the elevator set up and the issues with the elevators. Half of them were not working for majority of the week we were there. This made it extremely difficult to get around the complex. Some of the escalators were broken for a majority of the week also.

Beautiful Condo

We rented the condo for a dance vacation with my daughter and another family of 3. We were impressed immediately upon arrival. The condo is decorated beautifully just like the pictures and was very clean. We made breakfast everyday in the condo. The condo was well stocked with utensils and cooking dishes. I was impressed that the pans were not cheap but of good quality. We've stayed in other condos where the cooking supplies were cheaply made. We heard other dance families complain, but we had absolutely nothing to complain about with this condo. The owner, Kenn, answered any questions I did have immediately and stayed in contact to make sure everything went well. We loved our beach view from the patio! We are looking forward to going back next year!
