Anchored on the sandy shores of Catawba Island, experience breathtaking views of Lake Erie and a one-of-a-kind opportunity to enjoy the Great Lake Life! Take in the beautiful summer sunsets and playful water activities, as well as the regular sightings of spectacular wildlife during all seasons of the year. Boat / trailer parking available on site. The wintertime offers an unbelievable view of the vast frozen Great Lake Erie, akin to an arctic world that you have to experience! Snowmobile / ATV access available for the world class fishing!

All common areas feature expansive views of the lake. The fully stocked kitchen and dining area offer plenty of storage and counter space for large families and/or longer off-season stays. The living room includes a large 4K Smart TV, lakeside windows, and clean comfortable furniture.

This home is perfect for a family and friend vacation rental during the summer months, as well as a great longer-term option for those who are looking for a beautiful temporary place to enjoy during the off season. The private neighborhood provides a perfect quiet getaway.

GREAT LOCATION - BEAUTIFUL HOME

Our group absolutely loved this home. Very clean, comfy beds, amazing views. The location is quiet and very convenient for a quick jaunt to grab the ferry to PIB in Port Clinton, or to Kellys Island via Marblehead (we went to KI and had a great day.) We truly enjoyed our little getaway and plan to rent again.

Eclipse April 2024 - Family Time

This home was on Lake Erie and was exactly what we were looking for. The entire family was there and the house was large enough where everyone had time to spread out and the outside was perfect for eclipse viewing.

Family getaway

Beautiful house with spectacular views of Lake Erie and sunsets. Large deck right on the water provided a great area for the family to hang out. Semi-difficult to get into the water because of the rocky shore, but if you bring swim shoes you shouldn't have much problem. Overall a very enjoyable stay!

Our family came together for a 3 night stay, over July 4th weekend, and we can’t say enough about this house! Beautiful Lake Erie views! Nicely furnished, very clean, great big screen TV in great room, well stocked kitchen and AC worked great on 90 degree days! We liked this house so much we booked for summer 2021! Great house!

We have stayed at many places and had many different experiences, but this place does not disappoint. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The neighbors were friendly, the view cannot be beat, and your a 2-5 minute cab ride from anywhere you want to be! Was worth every penny and would recommend to anyone trying to find a place in this area.

Stunning View!

The view… amazing! My family and I spent many hours on the deck taking in the gorgeous view. The house fit our needs and was as described. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. The neighborhood is quiet. We were sad to leave. The kids are already asking to go back next year!

Totally Loved The Hine

We had 8 friends meeting for the first time in 47 years to reconnect and we count have had a more perfect place. The kitchen/dining area was large enough for all of us to totally enjoy. The outside deck was a great area for us to enjoy the sun and the sunset. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Can't say enough good about your home.

Our Favorite place

A return visit for us to the amazing Lake House right on the Lake literally. We love looking out & sitting on the wonderful deck and enjoying the view of the Lake. It’s like being on the Ocean. The owner has done some nice updates from last year that made our stay even better. We love coming so much we will be back next year. The home has everything you need, what a perfect place to stay on the Lake.

mini family reunion

Our family group attended a wedding in nearby Catawba Island and wanted to have more togetherness than hotel rooms provide. This property had ample living/ dining/ kitchen space for our group of 8 to gather. With the four bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, we also had our own spaces and didn't have to wait on line to use the bathroom. The house is RIGHT on the lake, which is ideal for warmer weather! It also has many cute nautical decorative touches. When we had a question, our email was responded to promptly.
