Beautifully renovated condo located steps away from the bottom of Park City Mountain Resort. Late 2019 interior update. Our unit is on the top floor of the property, you'll be welcomed by large vaulted ceilings, bright open spaces, and beautifully thought-out interior finishes. In the bedroom is a king bed with walk-in master en suite. In the front living room, we have additional sleeping for guests. Upon request, we can set up either a full sofa bed, a single-sized sofa bed, or both! Plus enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains!

**LOCATION**
This condo is in one of the best locations in town. Just across the parking lot to the base of the Park City Ski Resort, Only 0.3 miles to the closest grocery store (Fresh Market) and 0.4 miles to fast food, sporting goods stores, movie theaters, car rentals, and more!

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops outside of the condo if you want to take a trip to Main Street or Deer Valley Skiing. When you rent our condo you won't be needing a car, but if you do bring one we have underground parking for one car. Alternatively, throw the skis on the shoulder and it's just a short couple-minute walk over the road to the ski resort.

The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You will find everything you need to make this condo your home throughout your stay. Come relax in the front room and be fully connected to WiFi and TV's in the front room and bedroom.
