At the Holly Tree Resort, everything you need to guarantee a memorable Cape Cod vacation is as close as your front door. The Cape's famed beaches are just a minute away, you can swim, fish, sail or simply relax in the sun on some of the world's most beautiful beaches.

THE SPACE

Even Years (2020, 2022, 2024, etc)
- 1BR/2BA unit in the Main building during Even years

Odd Years (2021, 2023, 2025, etc)
- 1BR/2BA unit in the Townhouse section during Odd years

These units are at the exact same resort, but just different unit locations, and slightly different unit layouts depending on Even or Odd years.

Each unit is equipped with a Partial Kitchen with smaller Refrigerator, Kitchen Sink, Coffee Maker, Toaster, Microwave, and Tableware. Of course there is also individual Heat/AC, Telephone and TV/DVD's in each unit. There is no oven or stovetop as unfortunately that is not allowed by township code.

The Even Years unit (2020, 2022, 2024, etc) in the Main Building is 1BR/2BA. This unit has a King sized bed, Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room area, a Partial Kitchen and dining area, and 2 full bathrooms.

The Odd Years unit (2021, 2023, 2025, etc) is located in the Townhouse section. There is a private entrance to a 1BR Bedroom Suite with a King size bed, Queen size sleeper sofa, Partial Kitchen, and 2 full baths. Bedroom has a sliding glass door to a partially enclosed patio with table and chairs.

GUEST ACCESS

This is a hotel / resort, so your lodgings will be private, but amenities will be shared by other guests (pools, gym, barbeques, playground, et)

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

- Primary Guest checking in must be at least 21 years of age with a valid ID and credit card for security deposit. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this minimum age requirement for the primary Guest who will be checking in. Your security deposit will be returned to you after Check Out if you have not made any charges to your room.

- Holly Tree Resort is professionally managed and operated by Vacation Resorts International (VRI). The Front Desk is staffed 24/7 for Check-In, Check-Out, and is available for any questions, issues, or need for assistance. They are there to help so please don’t hesitate to contact them during your stay.

- One Free parking pass is included with this unit. If you need a parking pass for an additional vehicle you can arrange this directly with the Front Desk for an additional fee.

- Bedding linens, blankets, pillows are provided, as are bath towels. If you need additional items or want fresh bedding linens or towels during your stay, please contact the Front Desk. Although bedding linens, blankets, and pillows are provided, you may want to bring some of your own if you have a favorite pillow or blanket.

- If you plan on using the Sleeper sofa during your stay, I do personally recommend (if possible) bringing sheets, blankets, pillows, maybe even a mattress pad for the Sleeper sofa specifically, which can be turned into a very comfortable extra bed.

- Pool towels are provided for free, and they can be exchanged for fresh ones on an unlimited basis. However, if you or your family owns and likes larger beach towels, I recommend bringing them, along with any other beach blankets / chairs / umbrellas / equipment you want at the beach. If you don’t bring your own beach chairs, umbrellas, equipment, etc you can rent the equipment in the area.

- There is no daily housekeeping provided. However there are Washers and Dryers available at onsite Laundry facilities. If additional housekeeping is desired during your stay it is available for an additional fee scheduled directly with the resort Front Desk.

- Once reservations are confirmed, you will be asked for the name and address of the main guest who will check in (the resort's Front Desk will also ask for this information when you check in, but obtaining this information beforehand will expedite the check in process) along with an email address to receive a personal confirmation.

You are located within minutes of Cape Cod's famous villages... Provincetown, Hyannis, Falmouth, Chatham... where you can literally walk through history and where you will find fashionable shops, gourmet-class dining, theatres, nightlife, and family attractions
