Enjoy your own private backyard park located on three-quarters of an acre by viewing it through thirty feet of 8 foot glass walls or step outside and enjoy the backyard park by using the:
• flagstone surrounded 20,000 gallon pool,
• Ramada with gas grill, table, serving area, and built in fire pit with bench seating
• yard games on two very large grass areas,
• play ping pong or foosball on a flagstone patio with lighted umbrellas, or
• just sit outside and enjoy the beauty of geese and ducks flying overhead, the sound of running water from the pool’s water feature and the beauty of a 10 foot tall giant cactus. Beautiful landscaping and pathway lights allow you to do enjoy all of the above at night as well.

The single level open concept home with cable and Wi-Fi is wonderfully appointed with a dream kitchen that has two built in ovens, a five burner gas grill and an 9’ x 4’ island big enough to comfortably sit many people.

The family room has a 60” smart flat screen TV and has comfortable seating for eight. There is a technology work area for four (or more) with high speed Internet and a printer.

The dining table seats 8.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a 50” HD smart TV, a two person sitting area, separate entry into the pool area/backyard, a walk in closet with a full length mirror and a marvelous barn door enclosed en suite bathroom with make-up vanity that has a glass walled pebble floored shower, separate toilet and double sink vanity.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, 43” 4K UHD smart flat screen TV and a reading area.

The third bedroom has two trundle beds, a work area and a sitting area for two along with a 50” flat screen smart TV. The second bathroom has a double sink vanity with separate shower/bath and toilet areas.

The home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, walking and riding paths along a canal, transportation, parks, the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch, a beautiful local library with fishing available, golf courses, Spring Training games, etc.

Use this relaxing place as a home base to travel to San Diego (5 ½ hours), Puerto Penasco, Mexico (5 hours), lakes (35 minutes), snow skiing (3 hours), Grand Canyon (4 hours) or just sit, relax and enjoy the private park!

Master (sleeps 2): king sized bed with Casper mattress, ceiling fan, nightstands, sitting area for two, a 50” HD smart TV, a large walk in closet with full length mirror, en suite bathroom separated from bedroom by large barn door and a door that leads to pool and backyard park;

Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2): Queen sized bed with Casper mattress, night stand, ceiling fan, sitting area, 43” cable flat screen smart TV;

Bedroom #3 (sleeps 4): 2 new Beautyrest twin mattresses on top with 2 new Ikea Meistervik mattresses in trundles below, work table and chair, sitting area for two, two closets, ceiling fan and 50” flat screen smart TV.

Kitchen is FULLY STOCKED with all cookware, bake ware, dishes, glasses, silverware and any necessary items you need to prepare and serve meals; high end stainless steel appliances: double wall ovens, 5 burner gas grill with overhead vent, French door refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher; 9’ x 4’ island for preparation and seating, reverse osmosis system, dimmable lighting, faces 17 foot glass wall which looks out onto backyard park.

60” HD smart flat screen TV and seating for ten, two of the love seat chairs swirl so you can look at backyard park; DVD player; celling fans, dimmable lighting; looks out onto backyard park through 15 feet of glass walls;

Full size 2019 washer and dryer; iron and ironing board; hanging rack, cupboards containing dozens of DVDs and CDs, games, puzzles, books and pool towels;

Linens/Toiletries
Sheets, towels and pool towels are provided; start up paper products are also provided (2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, hotel sized bar soap, liquid hand soap, laundry detergent and garbage bags;

Indoor Entertainment
In addition to TVs, there are games, puzzles, DVDs, books and CDs with portable CD player, portable record player and VHS player with children’s tapes;

Backyard Park
Two large grass areas for games (Ladder Ball, Corn Hole, Croquet and Spike ball available) and relaxing, outdoor ping pong table, foosball table, large flagstone patio, lighted patio umbrellas, Ramada with table, chairs, prep area, fridge, gas barbeque, fire pit with built in bench seating; grass, desert and wooded areas and outside lighting .

Pool area
Large 20,000 gallon pool with water feature, jetted bench and raised platform with table and chairs; NOT FENCED. THE POOL IS NOT HEATED.

Parking
Garage is not accessible but there are spots for 3 cars on driveway

Outdoor activities within Walking Distance
There are 3 full sized bikes; the neighborhood is flat and easy and enjoyable to walk and ride around; there is also a walking/biking trail a 5 minute walk away that takes you alongside miles of canal paths; along the canal path is the Riparian Preserve at Water Ranch (https://www.gilbertaz.gov/departments/parks-and-recreation/riparian-preserve-at-water-ranch), a nature preserve that has trails, markers, cooking sites, animal and birdlife (over 200 species sighted), a fishing lake usually stocked with either trout or catfish; a wonderful public library abuts the preserve (state-of-the-art, 66,000-sq. ft. facility offers over 170,700 materials in all formats, Internet accessible public computers, activity computers for children, public word processing computers, and programming for all age; https://mcldaz.org/custom/branches/southeast/); there is a play park for children with swings, play gyms, etc., less than a block away

Photo ID may be required at check in.

Security
For security purposes only, there are two Ring video cameras on the property. One is a doorbell camera that shows who is at the door. The other is at the rear door to the property and shows portions of the back yard and in particular, persons who may enter through that door. The pool is in view of the camera as well. Both cameras are outside and only show outside. Per VRBO policy, both cameras are used strictly for security purposes and footage is deleted after 60 days.
