Great Village Getaway For family & Friends



Xmas week special.Stay 5 nights,6th night is free....
Ellicottville is located in the Enchanted Mountains of Western New York. This home is in the village, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, grocery stores and numerous quaint shops and boutiques. It is only a half mile to Holimont Ski Area,or Holiday Valley Four Seasons Resort. Golf, cross country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fishing, antique stores, fall foliage, Allegheny State Park, and a Seneca Nation casino are within 10 miles.
We can sleep 6 adults. Add a couple more, if there are children. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds. The 3rd. bedroom has 2 single beds, which also can be made into a king bed if you wish.. Also in the living room are 2 sofas, one converts into a queen. All bedrooms have a T.V. & are air conditioned in the summer. Air condtioning in downstairs living rooms keeps the house cool & comfy. Fully equipped kitchen, gas grill on the back deck. All towels & linen are provided. Watch the world go by from the comfy front porch or enjoy the peacefull yard from the covered back deck.
This is fun house for family gatherings, weddings, golf or ski vacations, mountain bike events or any of the special event weekends.
We are owner/operated, no rental management company to deal with. We live on the property, in a separate carriage house, if you should need anything or information while you are visiting town. If you would like to contact us or book a stay, you may email, using this website. We are inspected yearly by the Village of Ellicottville & approved for short term rentals.
PLEASE NOTE: Our rates are based on 2 night visit. There may be an additional fee for staying only 1 night. Please inquire.

Great location

My family and I really enjoyed our week in Ellicottville! The location of the home is great. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Holiday Valley. Very clean and all the supplies we could need. We especially enjoyed the available games for apre ski with our kids. I will definitely stay here again.

Great house and location

The house was very clean and nicely done. I can imagine the yard and front porch awesome in the summer. We saw a lot of deer each day. Walkable to strip with all restaurants and shops. Went running and did the mountain coaster, it was great to go back to a house.

Ellicotville Ski Trip

This was absolutely one of the best vacations we have ever had! We loved our stay! The house was very well equipped with absolutely everything needed. It was very clean and spacious for our family of 5. And the location was perfect!! It was in walking distance to the village and a short drive to the ski resort. This was a great place for our children to learn to ski! We will definitely be back!!

Delightful stay in the charming village of Ellicottville, within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Short drive to Holiday Valley. The home was spotless and owner was super helpful. We hope to come back again!

The home is very nice-perfect for 3 couples. The home had all the necessary amenities.Location is great-very close to downtown. The host was very accommodating, good communication and readily available to respond to questions.

Lovely rental

This is a lovey, immaculate home. Great location to walkable town and close to other venues. It has been updated in good taste and very comfortable. Hosts are very helpful and provide everything you need for a wonderful stay. Beds are also comfortable which is a big plus! We would definitely rent this home again! Thank you for a great stay.

First the code that was for the door was given wrong! He called me as I was pulling in to tell me the code was incorrect, property owner lives in garage with camera pointing at the house! Then in the listing it didn’t say anything about only allowing three cars in the driveway just says no parking in yard. When we can back from the pool his wife. came out telling my friends they had to move there cars and she left a note on the porch. When I reached out he said it’s in the listing it is not anywhere in the listing or in the arrival instructions! Neighbor was beautiful, piece full and quite. Little walk to town great location!

We had a great stay in this home. Had everything we needed. Very clean. Hosts were very responsive. Excellent location, we left the car and just walked a few minutes to the town. Loved the back porch, spent most of our time out there. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely home near the village

I knew I was going to enjoy the weekend off because Steve kept in touch with me ahead of time, ensuring that I had everything I needed before I arrived. The house is lovely, and with an easy walking distance to the village. We had everything we could need, including, welcoming front porch, where we could set talk and and talk and enjoy watching the walkers. The back porch was equally lovely and very private. I’ll definitely be coming back to Ellicottville again, and without a doubt, will rent this home again.

Fabulous Stay

House was just perfect. Travelled with my husband, brother & sister in law. Beautiful property, great location and lots of room for us all to spread out. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Back covered deck area was my personal fav. Owner provided ample towels and toilet paper, etc. Communication great with owner, couldn’t have asked for a better place. Highly recommend

The house is in an excellent location, a few minute walk to downtown Ellicottville and right down the road from Holiday Valley. The owner is great and does a great job communicating. We would certainly stay again
