1 Mile from the center of Aspen in much desirable Mountain Valley. Spectacular views facing Aspen mountain. An easy walk to Main Street Aspen. There is a free shuttle in the neighborhood that can take you to the center of town and to the main bus terminal in town where you can catch a bus to the Highlands/Maroon Bells or Snowmass village or down valley. Easy access to all four ski mountains
Hiking biking ski golf tennis fly fishing cross country skiing all available seasonally.
There are hiking trails near the property as well as access to hiking in the most photographed place in the West the Maroon Bells. Independence pass in a 40 minute exciting drive!
