About this property

****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

This large 4 bedroom 3 ½ bath townhouse, is located near 7th street in downtown Ocean City and can accommodate 10 people!

You will be your kid’s hero as they easily walk to the beach, boardwalk, amusement park and skate park just to name a few. You’ll love that fact that you can leave the car parked in the garage and not have to drive all over the city to find a parking spot! You will be within walking distance to some of the finest restaurants and entertainment that Ocean City offers. It is also convenient for those that participate in sporting events/activities on the beach!

This spacious townhouse is nicely decorated and has TVs in most rooms. The large kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and is ready for those nights that you want to stay in and cook. With two decks, there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy those cool evening bay breezes and there are even peaks of the beach!

So come and relax, leave your car in the garage and make some Ocean City memories with us!

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This property utilizes a ring doorbell for security purposes.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets allowed.
* There is a garage that will fit 2 vehicles.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 on holiday weekends.
* The outdoor pool is open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
* Quick access to the beach.
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This home is on 7th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 10 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

Awesome BEACH Vacation!!!!

Property was easy to find and access. Really liked the keypad to get in as there were numerous people coming and going at different times. Great location to beach-only about 2 1/2 blocks. Only draw back we went after Labor Day so pool was closed. Would recommend this property and book again.

Great location to downtown. Parking on the street is hit or miss. Only issue we had was the wifi… unable to work remotely from this property because wifi is not strong enough.

Excellent OC Vacation Rental!

We had an amazing time staying at this location! Our group of 5 were very comfortable and would highly recommend to others given how close to the beach, boardwalk and downtown OC.

Golf Vacation

Property worked very well for our golf group of 7 adults. It was very clean and comfortable, and was a great location for boardwalk access and many restaurants. We had a very nice time and look forward to next year.

Great location and amenities!!

Located off of 7th Street you're walking distance to the boardwalk with ease of access to get around the boardwalk. The condo was setup nicely with a first floor bedroom/bathroom, second floor with a kitchen/living room/laundry and bathroom. On the third floor there were 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, and double bunks). Ample space for the 9 people that stayed.

Very nice townhouse and location.

We had a great week here. Loved the location and the townhouse was lovely. The pool was a little smaller than expected in the photos but it was still a great property!. The owners responded very quickly to questions we had the day we arrived. My one suggestion would be to add a full length mirror somewhere in the house- so we can check out our boardwalk outfits of course 🤣. Highly recommend this property⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our stay

Location and home were very nice, however the cleanliness was not the best. The floors were very dirty and under the couch looked like it had never been swept. It raises the question what does the cleaning crew actually do, especially with the cost that gets added to your stay.

Lovely property

A group of 7 stayed at this place property so we could attend a friend’s wedding on 28th St. The house had a great number of bedrooms and a large common area. It was close to the bay and the ocean. We all agreed that we would stay here again.

Very nice and spacious. Convenient location. It is nice having a garage. The carpets and hvac vents could use a cleaning, but not a deal breaker. We will be back.

Great place would rent again

Lots of space and a great location! Two car garage is a big plus for 7th street. They need to fix their bed size guide, to say a king and two queens sheets, not full. We had to go to Roses to buy two queen sets. The kids bunk room was a real hit!

Great house

This house is perfect except it smelled like must on the first bottom floor. Other then that everything about it was great! I had trouble getting into the house the first day but the company answers right away and was very helpful! The space was perfect for our family! The kitchen. Was very well stocked! The pool is 4 feet deep, small but great for a quick swim or kid hang out spot!

What a wonderful place

Overall our stay was amazing. Perfect amount of space for everyone! Everything you need in a kitchen is there for use. Upon arrival, the unit was a little dirty but nothing we couldn’t clean quickly with the provided broom and vacuum. Can’t really complain to much being it is a BEACH vacation and sand is expected. Going to the beach? There are tons of beach chairs (all low chairs) and about 4-5 of them are broken. The picture shows beach carts and boogie boards, however there were none. There is now 1 board because we left it for the house. The pool on site was a great feature. Only thing I would change would be having access to open the garage from the outside. WiFi was terrible but we purchased for $20 the WiFi pass thru XFinity and had no problems after that. Overall our stay, the place, the property managers and everything else was simply amazing and we will 100% be back in following years.

Clean, spacious home in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A 4 minute walk to the boardwalk and beach, this up to date home offers enough space and amenities for the family. The downstairs bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, the middle level has a half bath, balcony, and plenty of living/kitchen space to eat a meal with the family. The third level has a full bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and a master bedroom with a shower in the bathroom and a water closet. All fixtures and electronics were in working order. The pool may be small, but it was kept clean and was great for a cool off while cooking on the grill. We were all very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing to mention...senior week is a thing here in Ocean City. We did not know that and spent the week surrounded by teens. Most were respectful, but some obnoxious. We had our recent graduate with us, so we weren't uncomfortable, and the week was relatively quiet, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Found bedrooms were not vacuumed. No beach carts as displayed in photos. Oven was dirty. Carbon monoxide detector went off, bought batteries still was beeping. Called rental company to address floors and carbon monoxide detector. Was addressed after we requested. I think cleaning process was rushed. People with kids need to watch kids so food and gum not in bunk room. We looked past the not clean areas and enjoyed family time.
