Alright for why was needed

Very small old place. Very squeaky floors, but enough space for everything we needed. WiFi did not work at all, we even tried connecting and disconnecting the power cable but it did not work. Also very cheap trash bags that ripped just trying to pull out the handles. I’d expect nothing to be wrong for 300 per night.

It did the job.

My family of 4 booked this condo based on price and proximity to the village; the 10 min walk was convenient. The overall quality of the condo was fine, but that’s it. Just fine. We did have everything we needed and our kids are young enough that the twin bed setup worked for us. It is nice that there is the accordion door to separate the space from the living room if you prefer. However, in the future we will likely opt to pay more for a fresher more spacious condo. Laundry: You have to download an app to work the laundry machines and load money on there. This might be inconvenient for less tech savvy people.

Ok for a short break

The apartment is ok. It’s dated inside and really needs a refresh. The beds downstairs shut behind a sliding door and upstairs is completely open so maybe more suitable for a family rather than 2 couples. Location is a short walk to the bus or slightly longer to the village gondola. If you’re skiing it’s annoying that the ski locker isn’t available as it means having the ski gear inside. The heaters are noisy and basically hot air blowers which means you can be both boiling hot and freezing cold at the same time. Laundry facilities are really close but if you haven’t got a US phone number you can’t use them - so annoying!! Kitchen well stocked with pans, glasses, plates etc. huge fridge and dishwasher.

location was good, cleanness not ok

Host requests guest's policy, but when I found mouse feces, no local team showed or contacted while we were there.

Great Place in Perfect Location

Spent a long weekend here and the place was just what was needed. Just a 10 minute walk to the village, and all the amenities one could need. Hot tub was nice after a long day on the mountain. Would definitely stay here again.

All good

This isn't a high end property, but it 100% was as described and a bargain for the location. The parking was easy, and it's a short walk to the village gondola. The staff was responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Space with Village Access

Great use of the studio space, could easily sleep 4 if needed. Full kitchen, good dining and lounge space, great hot tub, and most importantly an easy walk to the village.

Nice place and great location for our trip

We were staying for the Bluesapaloza Fest and mountain biking at Mammoth Mountain. Overall the place was clean and everything worked. Kitchen was updated and appliances looked newer and nice. Bathrooms were clean and beds were good too. The carpet and furniture showed a little wear but nothing that would stop me from renting the same place again. We had a good trip.

Great place close to village

Stayed here during the recent massive storm cycle. Close 5-10 minute walk to the village was super convenient. Great value for the space and proximity. Parking is easy and condo is just across from the rec room and hot tub. Would definitely stay again!

Nice place close to the village

We enjoyed the place. It had enough space for my me, my wife wife, and our 1 year old son. I also liked that the village was a short walk. The doorknob to the front door broke at one point, but we called and they had it fixed fairly quickly. My only gripe was that there wasn’t a snow shovel and the signage in the place explicitly states they don’t have one for use. We were there during a massive snow storm and had to find neighbors to lend me their shovel everyday during our stay.

Great location.

We love staying at the Mammoth Villas. This unit does need some TLC but if you don't eat in and are not picky about furnishings or mattress comfort, you will be ok. Pellet stove works great, didn't need to run the heater at all. DVD player, books & WIFI in unit. As with ALL the units at Mammoth Villas, the inside stairs are steep. Must be sure footed. Need to bring your own spices, foil, food storage etc. Plenty of plates, glasses and silverware. Cooking utensils are random and old, may want to bring some.

Clean, comfortable, close to the village!

Clean, spacious, well thought out accommodations. The pellet stove was ok, but would have preferred a wood birthing stove for the family gathering to include roasting marshmallows and the ambiance of a real fire. Beds were good, hearing was a little bit of effort with three individual wall heaters feeding the unit. Overall really liked it and would stay here again.
