Newly refreshed lake front condo with a great view of the main channel in the heart of Osage Beach. It is located at the 19mm and right off of Highway 54. Location is key at the Lake of the Ozarks and our condo gives you the best location, along with a new, clean look and all the amenities you need for a great trip. Located at Compass Pointe Condo’s, you will not spend your time on long, windy roads going to eat or running to the store like you will with many other places at the The Lake. We are centrally located to many attractions.

Cleaning fee is added and collected during booking and may show up as "host fee."

This is our second home and is stocked accordingly. It is a perfect place for a family trip, girlfriend shopping getaway, golf outing, fishing adventure and more. All new furniture, flooring, carpet and bedding make this condo an easy choice! Very roomy condo with 2 bedrooms that each have a private bath. The screened in porch has a great unobstructed view of The Lake and new composite decking that is easy on the feet. A 12x30 boat slip is available upon request at NO EXTRA COST! Just let me know if you need it when you make a reservation.

-The first bedroom offers a king size bed and full connected bath with tub, shower and dual vanities.

-The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and full connected bath with shower and vanity.

-The living room sofa offers a pull out sleeper bed excellent for the extra guests and kids.

Condo can sleep up to 6 people and is greatly suited for 4 adults and 2 kids or a group of 4 adults looking for some time away. Flat screen smart TV’s located throughout. Cable and free WIFI provided.

Full size washer and dryer located in the condo if you need to wash anything. We have detergent and dryer sheets to use as well.

We provided all toiletries, linens, bath towels and most kitchen necessities. Conventional coffee maker and Keurig available for your use. We do not provide towels for the pool. ****Fireplace in non-operable****

Compass Pointe has one of the nicest pools at the lake and is a short walk from the condo. The zero entry pool features water sprayers and buckets for the kids with plenty of space to enjoy the sun. It's awesome at night as it lights up and changes colors. Many tables and loungers are available. Small bar area and restrooms are super close at the pool clubhouse.

This is not a wild party place so keep looking if that is your thing. MUST BE 25 YEARS OLD to book. No pets, no exceptions.
