Casa Giacomina A is a cozy and welcoming apartment that is part of a villa situated in a secluded location surrounded by meadows and by green hills. It sleeps five people. From Casa Giacomina A you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Marche hills. Casa Giacomina A is 50 square meters (540 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared garden, a reserved outdoor area, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 10 km (6.2 miles) from Recanati, where you will find restaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 3 km (roughly 1.9 miles).
Casa Giacomina A is located on the top floor of a villa. You will reach it from the garden going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 18 steps.
To stay at Casa Giacomina A you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The villa, a typical manor house of the eighteenth century, is situated on the top of a small hill surrounded by olive groves and offers its guests two apartments for the holidays (Casa Giacomina A and Casa Giacomina B, located on the top floor) and 6 bedrooms. The complex can host up to 20 people.


At your disposal you will have a beautiful shared swimming pool, converted from an old watering place, and a large garden where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful views of the Umbria-Marche Appennines.


The villa is situated just a few kilometers from the old town of Recanati, the place of birth and inspiration of one of the most important poets of the Italian literature: Giacomo Leopardi.

Tourist tax, paid locally: EUR 1.00 per person per night for the first 5 nights. Guests aged under 12 are exempt. Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long, from 1.20 meter (4 feet) to 2.40 meters (7.9 feet) deep. The area is equipped with tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a charming view of the Marche hills and of the greenery. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.
Garden
The garden is 2000 square meters (21500 square feet) large. It is equipped with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. From the garden you will enjoy a broad view of the Marche hills. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
 Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen is also equipped with a television (local channels). The kitchen has a window with a view of the hill, and is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Mezzanine Level
In the corridor you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. You will be able to access it from the climbing 13 steps. Here you will find three single beds (80 cm/32 inches). The ceiling is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams.
Bedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom from the kitchen through an access area. The bedroom has a wooden matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window with a view of the hill. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
