Great location - Located just of the Fernie's downtown, a 5 minute wall to Mainstreet shops, boutiques, restaurants & pubs.
Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, induction cooktop, full size fridge and freezer, and other small appliances.
Spacious private deck , plenty of parking, off street, and (secure) shed for skis & bike storage.

Super Clean & Modern & Has Everything

Superb location, close to everything in Fernie. Close to Elk River trail. Downtown easy access. Amenities are excellent in this clean and modern property. Sharon is an excellent host! Great views from all the windows and a huge backyard with chairs to enjoy the view! Thank you for setting up the BBQ for us!

We love staying at Sharon's place

This is at least the third time we have stayed at Sharon's place in the last few years and we love it. It is a great size for a couple. We stayed for a week, had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The bed is super comfy and the location can't be beat - we almost never used our car once we were there. Sharon is a great host who is very quick to respond to even minor questions. Thanks Sharon, we will be back!

Gorgeous views from a great location

Sharon’s over garage suite was the perfect space for the couple of us. Walking distance from downtown Fernie and epic views of the ski hill. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great Vacation

We had a fantastic week at the Blue Spruce guest suite. Sharon was a great hosy. The unit was perfect for our ski vacation. The kitchen was well equipped for dining in and the location was perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. Having secure storage for our gear was ideal. Hoping to stay there again on our next trip.

Discovering Fernie

We enjoyed our stay and as we used to live nearby train tracks, the trains that came by didn't bother us that much, but other people may wake up during the night. We would have liked an additional pot for cooking. The suite is spotless and on a nice property located near the centre of town so easy walking. We will be back.

Amazing property. Amazing host.

Five stars isn't enough. Sharon is an incredible host. Her beautiful studio is immaculate. Perfectly situated at the edge of downtown Fernie. Just a short walk to the restaurants and shopping. Every time I walked up the back stairs to the studio and opened the door it felt like I was returning home. I have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years. None were better than this experience.

Apartment Studio With All Your Needs Met!

This property is exactly as advertised and spanking clean. It was perfect for us as we cooked a number of meals in the apartment. It was very hot during our stay so strategic planning with opening windows at night to sleep was advised and then closing up windows and drawing blinds worked to keep the unit cooler in the hot weather. Host was accommodating and check in was easy. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful property and super cute apartment-style accommodation. It was very hot in Fernie when we were there but it cooled down quite nicely at night with the windows open and fans going. Will definitely be back! Highly recommend

We enjoyed a wonderful stay in Fernie. Sharon is a very responsive and generous host. The accommodations were perfect for our needs, especially having secure storage for our bikes. Walkability to downtown allowed us to walk off our deliciously warm croissants from House of GATO!
