Professionally decorated and with all the essentials to make you feel home and in style. We offer private parking for a daily fee. Laundry room in a common area. We welcome to your Home. Please be advice of the House Rules, which are set up for all our guest in order to keep this place at the best ability and make your stay comfortable.
• Check In time is at 16:00 PM
• Check Out time is at 11:00 AM
• No Smoking
• No Pets Allow
• The use of illegal drugs is prohibited
• No dirty dishes at the time of check out.
• Do not eat or drink on the couches and beds.
• A reset cleaning is included at your rental for the next guest to come. Cleaning includes: Sweeping, mopping, dusting and washing linens. You are responsible to keep the kitchen clean at the time of check out.
• Be respectful of the neighbors, please no loud noises.
• Throw the garbage as often as possible (We provide Garbage bags); those are located at the bottom of the sink compartment.
• Any damage or broken items at the property must be notify immediately.
• For your own security lock the door every time you leave the premises.
• All visitors must notify and be authorized by us.
• Please turn off all the appliances before leaving the apartment (Coffee Maker, TV, etc).
• You can use the address to purchase articles for delivery, however we are not responsible for missing items or delivery issues. In the event you would like parking, it is available for a daily fee of $15 dollar per car. We will need at least a 24 hour notification for the parking in order to assign a spot for your car.
• Washer and Dryer machines are located in a common Area at the Building Complex (Next to 1715 building take ramp down to the basement). Key for for laundry room is the extra one in your key chain with the rubber cover. Machines work with coins $2.50 washing load Small $3.50 large and $0.25 for 8 minutes for the dryer.

Great Neighborhood

Wow, wonderful property. Great neighborhood. Excellent access to the bus. Grocery store right next door. Lots of trees and grass in front of the building. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

New Jersey - A Great way to afford NYC

Great price for 3 bedrooms! We had a Pacifica minivan that barely fit but it was secure in its own garage so it was safe for the 3 nights. We saved some money with cooking at the kitchen. It met our needs of a bed to sleep in and allowed us to spend money on other memories!

Super cute 3 bd apt

1st time staying at a now hotel/resort. Easy checkin and check out process. Apt was cute 3bd 1 bath. Only one TV and it was small. Area was convenient to New York and New Jersey. Apartment complex was alittle run down. However was still happy with our choice. Contact was owner/mngr was professional and 100% on point.

Clean property, don’t let the outside of the building fool you!

We stayed at this rental for three nights December 2022 with our family of 8 and had a fantastic time! It was easy to find with the directions in the check in info. We were happy to find everything we needed when we arrived! Towels, soap, and extra bedding was all available for us which we don’t always find in other rentals. The beds were comfortable and the pull out couch was ok for two of our kids. The arm rest was broken on one side but we let the owner Claudia know right away and it didn’t effect the use of the couch. We loved the decor, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The table area is on the small side but with the extra chairs in the front closet we were able to make it work. There are space heaters for when it gets chilly at night which we used one night, very handy! The linens were all very comfortable and clean. Heading into the city was very easy from this location. If there was anything negative at all about this rental it would be that the building isn’t secure. I would have felt more at ease if the front door was locked and a code was needed to enter the building. Working with Claudia was great. She is very attentive and kind. I hope you have continued success with your rental Claudia. The Charbonneau Famiy~

Terrible Neighborhood Location

We rented this unit with the thoughts of traveling to the Manhattan area each day. The transportation is not easy to and from despite what the ad says and you will be in a bus or vehicle for at least an hour each way if not longer. The interior of the apartment was just ok. There is just about nothing to the kitchen, very little silverware, only butter knives and a very small counter. There is no dishwasher so you have to hand wash everything which is not helpful when feeding 4 kids. The beds were comfortable which is the only positive thing I can say about the place. The room my kids were in ended up having a broken window. The area to park houses homeless people and is a smoking drug deal meet up spot. There was yelling outside of this unit all night long and we had some pounding on the door in the middle of the night. The main entrance to the building doesn't have a lock so anyone can walk in. Talked to VRBO, we decided to leave as we didn't feel safe to stay with our young kids at this rental and they agreed. Upon requesting cancelation of our reservation the owner insisted I needed do it so I reached back out to VRBO who then had to reach out to the owner to take care of it. They also stated we should receive at a minimum a partial refund for the days we didn't stay and that they would email the owner about that. After that communication we never heard a word from the owner and never received the refund. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

Nous étions en famille, l’appartement est identique aux photos. Très bien équipé proche de tout! 2 bus pour aller à New York , le 125 et le 51. Le 125 à heure fixe et 51 horaire variable mais très très régulier. Peut être tous les quart d heure je pense. Très bonne communication de Claudia. Je vous conseille l’appartement

Perfekt

Wir (4 Personen) haben uns in Claudias Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da, was man sich wünscht. Von den Handtüchern angefangen über Duschgel, Fön, Küchentücher, Spülmittel bis hin zu einer gut ausgestatteten Küche mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und auch einer Mikrowelle. Die Wohnung war super sauber und wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Wir sind täglich mit dem 125 Bus nach Manhattan gefahren. Je nach Verkehrsaufkommen dauert die Fahrt zwischen 20-30 Minuten. Auch ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich zu Fuß 5 Minuten entfernt. Der Kontakt zu Claudia war immer freundlich. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Perfekt für einen günstigen New York Aufenthalt

Das Appartement war der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für unsere New York Reise. Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, Supermarkt 5 Min. zu Fuß, Einchecken mit Schlüsselsafe. Vielen Dank an unsere Vermieter. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und es waren Spülmittel, Mülltüten, Salz, Pfeffer, Duschbad, Shampoo und Seife vorhanden. Es ist nicht sehr groß, aber wir 8 konnten zusammen frühstücken und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Bus (Linie 125) fährt alle 30 Min und ist in 20/25Min. an dem Zentralen Busbahnhof in Manhattan

Easy Commute

Loved our stay

Bus stop was steps away. Download the transit app to also help with public transportation. The room was larger then expected which was a plus for us. We loved the location could walk to grocery store, dollar general, bagel shop etc. didn’t have to more our car.

Met the Need

This property is nice inside but it is very small so be prepared for that. It was clean and the host is very helpful and nice. I would rent this place again based on the experience. There are plenty of places you can walk to if you need something and we felt safe in the location. We paid additional for parking. I drive an Acadia and I am like 135 pounds and it was almost impossible to get out the car in the garage. If you drive something bigger you may want to consider that. Overall it was nice.

The most comfortable beds EVER!!

This was a very lovely VRBO. We had eight people so it was a little tight but still very doable and very comfortable. This is a very quiet place, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of towels, easy location to catch the bus into NYC. This is a great place to crash and hang out but too small to cook and eat. There are basic dishes a d utensils but no pantry items. We are out and ordered out which was our plan anyway. I am a very organized person and it was challenging for me to have to wait h til two days before travel to get check in instructions but when I did get them they were very clear and very accurate. It felt like my very own escape room! Claudia was very responsive and accommodating. (Our vehicle was too big to fit in the garage so was able to quickly switch us to open parking). Thank you for such a wonderful stay. We would do it all again!

Weekend getaway

This is a nice quiet spot with good walking neighborhood around. Commute to Manhattan can be difficult and time consuming at times but expected with city travel. Overall it was a great comfortable spot to come back to after long days of walking the city.
