The Space:
Bartram is a beautifully appointed studio apartment that combines functionality and charm on the second floor of The Lofts on Main. The open layout includes a plush king bed with luxurious linens, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. There is a comfortable seating area with a sofa that converts to a twin bed, making it a versatile space for up to three guests.

The studio includes a well-equipped kitchenette, perfect for preparing light meals or snacks. It includes a Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge (no freezer), microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher.

The elegant and spacious bathroom features double vanities, walk-in shower, heated floors, and fluffy towels, along with complimentary starter amenities to elevate your stay.

Guest Access:
An entry code will be provided. Use the stairs located at the Oak Street entrance, the Bartram apartment is on the second floor.

You are steps away from several hiking trails easily accessed from downtown Highlands.

Conveniently located between Main Street and Oak Street, the Bartram apartment provides easy access to the best of Highlands, from local dining and shopping to picturesque hiking trails just minutes away.

Other Things to Note:
Non-Smoking & Pet-Free: For the comfort of all guests, our apartments are strictly non-smoking and do not accommodate pets.

Parking: Parking along Main Street is available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Additionally, The Lofts on Main offers two reserved spaces on Oak Street, also first-come, first-serve.

Washer & Dyer: full-size in the apartment.

Additional Guests: For groups larger than two, there is an additional fee of $50 for the third guest, per night.

A 5% administrative/credit card fee will be applied to all cancellations.
