Great place for a group

Overall excellent experience. Property manager was responsive and easy to work with. Location right next to beach, dining, shops etc was a huge bonus. House was well kept and bright. Great place for a larger group, especially the fully stocked kitchen.

Perfect For A Getaway to the Coast

This home was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip. The neighborhood was quiet and easily accessible to town and the pier. The house was clean, spacious and the views were incredible. The host was accommodating and quick to respond with any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Roomy house with a view

Girls weekend getaway and this house had plenty of room for all. Comfortable beds, out standing views from the main floor. We were supplied with everything we needed, did not need to bring anything with us. Only item that really needs to be upgraded would be the internet access, it did not work well for any of us

Family Christmas vacation in Cayucos

Very warm and welcoming home. Lots of space for the 10 of us. Loved all the amenities in the kitchen and showers. Easy walk to the beach and town. Could use blackout curtains in the master bedroom for the neighbors to the side and back with outside lights coming on at 4:00 in the morning. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

House was exactly as represented online. Very clean. Beautiful view of the ocean and pier from the patio. Kitchen is extremely well stocked if you plan to cook. Added bonus: great game closet!

Great Property

Location is great. Short walk to the beach. Jana is awesome and very responsive to messages and questions. Thank you to the owners for opening their wonderful home to us. This is our family’s second stay and we would definitely stay again. Can’t say enough good things about it. If you’re on the fence just book it. You won’t be sorry. Fun Family Memories

Our family celebrated our 30th year vacationing in Cayucos in this beautiful house!! We stayed here probably 20 years ago. We were pleasantly surprised by the updates. It was perfect for us! Enjoyed our tradition with 4 generations 🙏🥰

GREAT HOME

We stayed for a long weekend and the home has a lot of space for all 7 of us Adults. Everyone had space and the home is plenty and roomy for all. We enjoyed the view from the patio off the kitchen and the spacious living room with all the extra seating was a bonus! Would definately recommend this home for larger groups- a pleasant stay was had by all!

Great spot!

This house was great for our family trip. Plenty of space and beds, with a well stocked kitchen and an amazing view of the ocean and pier. Close to all the restaurants and shops, and lots of parking. Would stay again.

Together again!

The property was a perfect set up for the nine of us, plenty of space for all to gather or be alone. My only suggestion would be to organize (maybe discard) some of the plates, pots and pans, and utensils.. many of the utensils were duplicates and old or bent. There must have been 30+ knives of various sizes, not one was sharp.

we stayed at the same property 3 years ago. It is a great house. unfortunately they are building a new home directly behind this property. The new home blocks about 2/3's of the ocean view. Construction starts about 8:00 am and lasts til around 4:00 in the afternoon.

Birthday/Valentine’s Weekend

My husband and family spent a lovely three day weekend here and the house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, roomy, and had a beautifully stocked kitchen. It’s in a great location, walking distance to town. You won’t be disappointed!! We will be back!!

Amazing property with breathtaking views!

We rented this property for a weekend family getaway. The house fit all of our needs, from the spacious rooms, fully stocked with all the household supplies and amenities, and the wonderful views. The management was super prompt at answering to any of our concerns. Overall we had a great experience and would love to stay again! Thank you for making this trip so worthwhile!
