The location is outstanding--within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and shopping and a short drive to everything! The house is so spacious, it beams with Florida's sunshine--we call it the happy house!! Perfect for relaxing by the private pool or beach or within minutes to all the action Destin has to offer! If this is your first trip to Destin, you are in for a wonderful surprise!

Wonderful Vacation in Destin

Mike and Vicki were great hosts. Communication was easy and thorough. Sundial is just a few short blocks from the beach and easy access to dining. It's located in a cute little pet-friendly neighborhood. The house was perfect for our family vacation!

Great Location

We had a lovely 2-month stay at the cottage. Everything was perfect- clean, comfortable and in a lovely neighborhood. The very short walk to the beach was pleasant with such friendly neighbors and a charming cafe with live vintage music. It was a lot of fun. Our hosts were perfect…responsive, kind and accommodating.

Beautiful Home

This was a beautiful home. We loved the layout of the house that gave us all privacy. The house was very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the grill. The walk to the beach was nice, but would recommend having a wagon if you’re taking a lot of stuff with you. The owners were very accommodating, very easy to reach with questions or issues. I would highly recommend this place. I will be looking into staying there again when we go back to Destin.

Crystal Beach Vacation

The private pool was a hit with our kids! We rented a golf cart & went to the beach every morning (2 minute cart ride) then came back, rinsed off in the shower on the back patio, & got in the pool. Most relaxing vacation. Very convenient access to local grocery store & shops as well.

Family trip 2024

We loved the home and enjoyed the private pool. The house was clean and suited our family perfectly. The host was quick to respond when we needed her. Sundial Cottage stay June 8 - 15.

Great property, our group loved the peaceful neighborhood and super convenient location. The pool was a big hit. Our group consisted of older adults, most retired. We had a really great week in Destin and loved the Sundial Cottage. We plan to make this a yearly trip. Thanks

Sundial Cottage Retreat

My family and I spent a week here and it was great. The house was so clean and refreshing. It had absolutely everything we needed and more. We loved sitting on the front porch of the mornings and the pool was perfect after a day on the beach or shopping. We rented a golf cart but the entrance to the beach was just about a 5-7 minute walk. The location was perfect as we were close to everything we like to do and was able to ride the golf cart pretty much everywhere we went. I highly recommend this property and will stay again.

Wonderful Beach House

We had a lovely time at this beach house. The location was a short, enjoyable walk, through an adorable neighborhood to the beach. White picket fences, many with fragrant jasmine blooming profusely! It always felt safe and we also loved the proximity to stores and shopping. Having a pool in the backyard was a huge bonus, as some days the red flags at the beach keep you from swimming in the ocean. A really nice surprise was the outdoor shower with hot water-great for getting sand off toddlers and adults alike. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely come back.

Pleasantly predictable

Second time for us at Sundial. If only all VRBO's could be this clean, and well maintained inside and out. Enjoyed walking our dog in the neighborhood and sitting on the front porch. Conveniently located to beach, grocery store, convenience store and restaurants. Gas grill allowed us to prepare the majority of our meals rather than go out. Speaks volumes of the comforts and amenities of the house.

Spring Break 2024

Everything was very clean when we arrived. Great location. The host was very responsive before and during our stay. Although it's popular in Destin to have a pool on the property unfortunately, it was too cold to use it. Fortunately, we only had 1 rainy day. We love Destin and we will be back again!

Perfect Home

This was a lovely home! The moment we walked in the door we could tell it had been thoroughly cleaned . Very spacious and decorated so nice. The pool was nice as well . Just a short easy walk to the beach. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.
