True four seasons resort property located at the top of Peek N' Peak mountain resort. Ski-in/ski-out 40 yards to lifts #1 and #2 in the winter, or watch golfers play the second and eighth hole from the deck in the summer.

The spacious living area has an inviting open floor plan with modern furnishings. A finished game room with a fireplace and shuffleboard table is a great place to hang out for adults and kids alike. The kitchen is well-stocked to suit the needs of any level of cooking. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished to accommodate adults, children, or a mix of both. Clean, up-to-date bathrooms on each level offers convenience and ensures easy access for all sleeping arrangements.

Championship golf course. Adventure course with ziplining for the adventurer (novice to expert). Miniature golf and segway guided adventures through acres of scenic trails as well as a miniature golf course. Indoor/outdoor pools with indoor/outdoor hot tub. Outdoor waterslide, sauna, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, miniature golf and more. These amenities are at a separate cost through Peek'n Peak Resort and Spa. Located a short drive away from New York and Erie wineries and breweries as well as Lake Chautauqua and Lake Erie. Bike a mile down a beautiful country road to the quaint Findley Lake or stay put and take advantage of all that the Peek N' Peak resort has to offer like Serenity Spa, PGA level golf course, the massive pool complex with passes included, restaurants, and outdoor adventures.

Layout
Main level has a modern, open layout. The living room has a sofa and loveseat and a large flat-screen TV mounted above the gas fireplace. The dining room has a table that comfortably seats 8-10 as well as a corner-cafe table with two chairs. The kitchen includes a counter peninsula with 4 chairs, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, stove, oven, and garbage disposal. Small kitchen appliances include a blender, toaster oven, hand mixer, and Crockpot. The coffee station includes a 10 cup classic coffee maker. The master bedroom with ensuite bath is located on the main level as well. There is a washer/dryer closet in the Master Bedroom.

2nd Floor: Two bedrooms located on the second floor and a shared bathroom.

Finished Gameroom (Basement Level): Large, open space with gas fireplace and flat-screen TV, 12' shuffleboard table, sleeper sofa, chair, ottoman, 2-chair workspace overlooking the fireplace, and 12' shuffleboard table.

We had a group of 5 adults and 2 kids. There was more than enough room for everyone! The game room was great for the kids. Quick walk to the slopes. Dave and Beth were great to deal with.

We love it here. This was our second year. We would come back, but the sleeping accommodations are getting quite tight for our little ones as they are growing like weeds.! And some of them aren't so little anymore. My nine year old grandson is only a couple inches shorter than me and his brother isnt far behindisn't far behind.

Beautiful property. Very well appointed. Hosts thought of many necessities to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The only disappointment was that we thought the amenities at the peek n peak resort were included with our stay. They were available to us but at an additional cost

Family fun summer getaway

We have little ones and we were looking for a quick trip to spend with family. This was perfect. We spent two full days at the resort pool, mini golf, playgrounds, etc. this property was well maintained and communication with Beth and Dave was great. Thank you!

Family Christmas destination

Everything was great. Christmas decorations really helped with our celebration. Beautiful home and well appointed. Dave and Beth communicated so well with us right from the beginning. Nothing against Dave and Beth, as we would all stay there again however, we think the housekeeper forgot to sweep the floors all throughout the lodge. Easy oversight when you're on a busy schedule. And thank goodness our daughter-in-law thought ahead to bring het can opener so she could make the Green Bean Casserole! We all looked for one...if it was there, it was well hidden. Only other thing which can't be controlled would be more snow! Lol, maybe Mother Nature will be more cooperative next time! Thanks again Dave and Beth

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We stayed here for a weekend girls’ trip. It was perfect! We golfed on Friday and went to Findley Lake on Saturday which is just a short drive. We loved the condo - the layout was perfect for our group and the shuffleboard and array of board games was an added bonus. Would 💯 stay again!

A mother and father of 5, we love doing things as a family. From Pittsburgh, PA we are both teachers, skiers, avid soccer fans and sports fans in general.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with Peek N' Peak when we stayed for a weekend with our extended family- aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandparents. I'll never forget teaching our twins during the day and then coming into a condo similar to the one we own now to a delicious crock-pot meal and enjoying apres ski with family by the fire. Board games, hot chocolate for the kids, a glass of wine for the adults, and wonderful memories were made. Over several more years and skiing visits in the winter, golf and outdoor adventures in the spring and summer, and winery visits in the fall, we finally decided to make it our own. We love the layout of our particular property. It is so open and well suited to large family gatherings. Peak N' Peek always has such a great vibe and is such a fantastic getaway no matter the season.

What makes this property unique

Being within 40 yards of the first lift in the winter and right on the golf course in the summer is such a benefit. And there is so much to explore in the nearby areas of Lake Erie, the wine trail, Findley Lake, and Lake Chautauqua.
