Located at the foot of the channel of the Trinite sur Mer with a magnificent view of the entrance to the river and the bay of Quiberon, this house will offer the endless spectacle of boats arriving or leaving the port of Trinité sur Mer.
Facing south-west, the house is at the edge of a small beach, ideal for lovers of nautical life or just to enjoy some oysters directly to the producer located in front of the house.

With an area of 110 m2, with the ground floor, entrance, living room with fireplace, kitchen, bedroom with double bed, shower room, WC
Upstairs two large bedrooms, one with a double bed, the second with two single beds, a mezzanine with extra bed, a bathroom with bath, bidet and WC.

Super sympa!

Francoise etait tres sympa & nous a sauvés avec le linge de lit! La maison était super et l'emplacement parfait. Et le meilleur bar à huîtres n'est qu'à 50 mètres, un plaisir!

une vue dont on ne se lasse pas

J'avais lu des commentaires sur la vue et sur la route. ces avis sont exacts. la maison est bien placée avec une vue dont on ne se lasse pas. Début juillet le bruit de la route n'est pas gênant. Le salon est petit pour 6 personnes (canapé pour 3 + 2 fauteuils peu confortables) si la météo ne permet pas de vivre dehors, et seulement 2 transats dans le jardin, alors que le couchage permet d'accueillir 7 personnes. Mais pour 3 ou 4 personnes la maison est très bien. Nous étions 3 et c'était parfait. St Philibert est reposant, très près de la Trinité et Carnac, de Locmariaquer et d'Auray. J'imagine revenir dans la maison après ces vacances très reposantes avec une météo Bretonne (il faisait beau plusieurs fois par jour).

Une belle expérience

Une belle maison très bien rénovée et bien située, équipements parfaits,literie au top et une belle vue sur la mer (depuis la terrasse, le salon et les chambres de l'étage). Jacob est un hôte sympathique et qui se rend disponible. Nous recommandons vivement et avec plaisir. Merci Jacob pour se séjour.

L’océan plein les yeux

Très agréable maison superbement placée en bord d’océan pour admirer les grandes marées et le balai des voiliers sur le Crac’h Maison décorée avec gout et bien équipée. Accueil sympathique.

Excellent séjour

C'est la deuxième fois que nous séjournons dans cette maison et la vue sur le chenal est toujours aussi appréciable, effaçant bien vite les désagréments sonores de la route. La maison est très bien équipée et le jardin très agréable. Les propriétaires restent très attentifs au bon déroulement du séjour. Merci

Une très agréable location de vacances

Tout est propice aux vacances dans cette jolie et grande maison : la proximité immédiate de l'océan sur lequel donnent le jardin et la terrasse, l'exposition ensoleillée de la propriété, la petite plage qui s'offre à vous, une fois la route traversée, l'aménagement complet de la maison. Quel plaisir de contempler les bateaux qui sortent et qui rentrent du port de la Trinité... Un vrai plaisir !

que du bonheur

dépaysement total, vue sur l'entrée de la Trinité avec tous ses bateaux, du plus petit au plus grands, n'oubliez pas vos jumelles. Plaisir d'utiliser les chemins côtiers tous proches et bien entretenus. Maison très bien située , très agréable et confortable. Tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Agréable séjour

Maison fonctionnelle et propre, bien située pour visiter la région. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de prendre le petit-déjeuner dehors, mais nous avons pu dîner 2 soirs sur la terrasse, face à la mer, ce qui était bien agréable.

Großartige Lage

Herrlicher Blick auf die Bucht gegenüber, leider wird auf der Straße, die dazwischen liegt, sehr gerast. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und gut nutzbar eingerichtet. Die Umgebung bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Wunderbarer Urlaub!
