Exceptionally nice stay in St. Malo

Exceptionally nice appartement. The location is close to the beach and in walking distance to the historic city center. We had a great vacation in St. Malo.

Nette Wohnung in Strandnähe

Wir haben einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub in der Wohnung verbracht.Francois ist ein sehr netter Vermieter. Hervorzuheben ist die Lage zum Strand, zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Un séjour réussi … grâce à la météo

Un appartement très bien situé, assez bien équipé, avec un souci d’ameublement vintage agréable, parfait pour 3 ou 4 personnes (grand maximum). Quelques « détails » gâchent toutefois le plaisir : - un service de conciergerie plutôt faible (propreté de l’appartement, ponctualité au rdv d’arrivée, un lit « double » avec des draps housse de lit simple et une couette de lit double …) - un canapé-lit en cuir plutôt inconfortable (les coussins d’assise glissent vers l’avant), et c’est la seule assise de la partie « salon » sinon, ce sont des chaises ! - très peu de rangements vraiment utilisables dans l’appartement … - de très nombreuses auréoles au plafond de la chambre principale - des matelas très très mous (certains aiment, d’autres pas). En résumé, un séjour très agréable car il a fait très beau pendant 2 semaines ; mais le confort général de l’appartement laisse à désirer, et le laisserait d’autant plus s’il fallait y passer beaucoup de temps !

SEMAINE INOUBLIABLE

Pour la 1ère fois à Saint Malo, nous avons été agréablement surpris. D'abord par l'accueil, accueil très agréable et chaleureux pour la visite de l'appartement, petit cadeau de bienvenue, et par téléphone par les propriétaires toujours disponibles. Rien à dire sur l'appartement, est très très bien situé, comme l'annonce le décrit très bien, à 200m de la plage, proximité de tout.. Je l'ai vivement conseillé autour de moi. Wir kommen wieder!

Die Wohnung ist schön und hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Fotos entsprechen genau der Realität. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Lage ist perfekt, sehr nah am Strand, sehr nah zur Bushaltestelle, sehr nah zum Bäcker und zum Supermarkt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett, und sehr zuverlässig. Saint-Malo ist ein wunderschönes Urlaubsziel! Wir kommen wieder!

Appartement qui peut être amélioré

Emplacement très intéressant à quelques mètres de la plage. L'appartement gagnerait à être rénové (murs à repeindre à certains endroits) et un peu mieux adapté (sofa inconfortable quelques casseroles et poêles à changer). Agréable séjour dans l'ensemble.

Une très bonne location pour un séjour breton !

Le logement est bien équipé, confortable et dans un quartier très sympa. La plage est à quelques mètres ce qui permet de profiter de la mer quand on veut. L’emplacement permet d’arriver à Saint Malo intra-muros très facilement à pied en longeant le bord de mer. A moins de 10 minutes à pied, se trouvent les commerces essentiels (supermarché, pharmacie, boulangerie ou encore fromagerie).

Strandnähe und sehr gut eingerichtet

Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für 4 Personen braucht. Eine sehr gut ausgestatte Küche, gute Matratzen auf den Betten, schnelles Internet, Nähe zum Strand Rochebonne, Nähe zu Geschäften. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Un très bon séjour malgré des détails que le propiétaire pourras rectifier.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour a Paramé, malgré un problème de propreté a l'arrivée... L'agence de ménage à survolé le travail et n'a pas la rigueur que le propriétaire devrait exiger....Nous avons repris le ménage nous-même en arrivant, ce qui est une première pour nous. Le four, des plats et les poêles (en fin de vie) étaient également a laver. Passé ces points négatifs, l'Appartement est très bien situé, l'équipement est complet et pratique et la literie très confortable. le voisinage agréable et les procédures d'arrivées et départ sans problèmes. Quelques ratés avec l'agence qui remet les clefs mais toujours à l'écoute et disponible pour arranger. Michel

Superbe séjour !

Schöne Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen

Die Beschreibung in der Anzeige trifft genau zu. Die Wohnung ist schön und sehr gut gelegen. Die Wohnung war aber nicht gut gereinigt. Trotzdem hat uns der Aufenthalt gut gefallen.

Bon séjour dans cet appartement très agréable et fonctionnel, mobilier vintage.

Appartement lumineux, très bien équipé, conforme aux photos, se situant au second étage d’une maison ancienne dans le quartier résidentiel de Paramé. Literie trés confortable et modulable (2 lits simples ou 1 grand lit double par chambre). Entrée et sortie des lieux très arrangeant. Je recommande.

Appartement tres agréable et très clair où rien ne manque. Proche de la mer, des thermes, des bus et des commerces.. Il faut juste prévoir des mousses sur les chambranles . des portes d'accès aux sanitaires car les portes claquent

Super Ferienwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist hell, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Trockner...). Sie liegt in einem noblen Wohngebiet. Zu Fuß ist man schnell in einem Supermarkt, einer sehr schönen Bäckerei, an einem tollen Strand und einer schönen Strandpromenade, auf der man direkt nach St Malo Intra Muros laufen kann. Einfach perfekt!
