Studio Giardini in Venice is a newly renovated artist townhouse with a unique design and full of art. Just a step away from the Biennale entrance and the Giardini park.
The house is divided into 3 floors w. a shared courtyard. On top you’ll find a king size bed with a triangular bathroom and a round bathtub. The mid floor is the living room w. balcony, sofa, workspace and an extra single bed. At the ground floor you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen made from recuperated marble from an ancient Abbey near San Marco. Here is also the courtyard with beautiful vaults. The house is carefully restored w. local Venetian materials. Our custom made Venetian heated Terrazzo floors and air-condition will make your stay extra comfortable in all seasons. Giardini is the greener part of Venice and only two boat stops away from the beaches of Lido.

Why they chose this property
HISTORY OF THE HOUSE
The ground floor was run as a butchers shop for over 50 years. Mario ran the shop with his mother living above until she passed away and himself retired. (He complained over too many vegetarians in Venice) It was left untouched for over 10 years when we found it. Like a sleeping beauty.
We have spent three years renovating and in the summer of 2019 Studio Giardini welcomed her first guests and also its first art event with some of today's best artist.

Studio Giardini is the greener part of Venice and only two boat stops away from the beaches of Lido. This is where many locals choose to live since it is less crowded. We have also chosen this location because of its closeness to the Biennale entrance. At the Art- Architecture- and Film - Biennale opening and closing dates Studio Giardini is turned into a gallery with performance, exhibitions and movie screenings.
Studio Giardini is equipped with heated terrazzo floors during colder season (wonderful to walk barefoot on) and air-condition which will make your stay extra comfortable in all seasons.
