The Villa Eden is a contemporary villa of 280 m2, with a beautiful heated indoor pool (April to December) and a huge green garden of 5000 m2 just 15 minutes from Deauville and 3 km from the beach.

Located in the small town of Auberville, between sea and countryside, it is an ideal place to spend a quiet holiday while being close to the sea and major tourist cities of Normandy.

With 5 bedrooms and a capacity of 10 adults (plus 2 children), the Villa Eden is suitable for family stays.

It offers an indoor pool and heated from April to December, many indoor activities (table football, board games ...), outdoor (solarium, large wooden playground ...) and an annex in the garage with a play area with billiards and ping-pong table. The guests of Villa Eden will always find an occupation throughout the stay.

A marvellous holiday home

Had a lovely time

The house is clean, comfortable, spacious and very well equipped so a great base for a family holiday in a lovely area. The kids enjoyed the huge gated garden and of course the pool, which is superb.

Best Villa and location we have stayed in France

Villa Eden was far better than we had expected both in quality and in location. It's situated in quite a rural area but easy access to a small town which has the amazing fresh food markets and good restaurants. It's also close to a lovely sandy beach. The villa is very spacious and the swimming pool was very popular with all the family. The patio is a perfect sun trap and very private.

Villa Eden

A great place, plenty of room for 10 of us. The indoor pool was a major hit with the children. The garden is huge, so plenty of places to play. Ideally situated between Viller sur Mer and Houlgate.

Une maison pour passer de belles vacances en famille, très bien équipée et agencée. Des activités pour tous les âges même en cas de mauvais temps! (tennis de table, babyfoot, billard, structure extérieure pour enfants, jeux, jouets, livres...) Et bien sûr la piscine qui est parfaite +++.

Séjour agréable mais trop court

Design de la maison très agréable, la maison est très lumineuse, proche de la mer et de la jolie station de Villers sur mer. La piscine a eu beaucoup de succès étant donné le temps un peu mitigé. Bref : un séjour sans problèmes !

Magnifique séjour

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille. La propriété est parfaite pour des vacances en famille avec enfants et adolescents. La région est vraiment belle. Les propriétaires sont très sympathique et donnent énormément d information sur les activités, commerces et marchés des villes alentours. Le concierge est également sympathique.

EVJF parfait ! La villa a comblé tout le monde. Nous avons pu profiter des différentes installations proposées. La villa est suffisamment spacieuse pour ne pas etre les unes sur les autres. L'accueil des concierges était très apprécié. Nous recommandons la villa (d'ailleurs certaines personnes du groupe prévoient de revenir)

très bon séjour

Une grande maison au calme, bien équipée aussi bien pour les divertissements (piscine, babyfoot, table de ping pong, billard, ballons, ...) qu'au sein de la maison. La maison est bien située, à 10-15min du front de mer. De très bon conseils pratiques sont donnés par les propriétaires avant l'arrivée : gestion du linge, équipement de la maison, localisation des commerces/restaurants..., activités dans les environs, etc. Les fiches fournies par email sont très pratiques. Un léger bémol sur la qualité du ménage à certains endroits mais au global c'est tout à fait correct. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille avec 4 enfants (4 à 14 ans) et un bébé. On serait bien restés un peu plus longtemps.

Super sejour

Très bon week-end entre amis. La maison est spacieuse avec tous les équipements à disposition. La literie est confortable. Très grand terrain avec une terrasse très appréciable. Le gros plus de la maison, la piscine chauffée. Très bonne réactivité de Mme MILHAUD, elle vous donne un récapitulatif avant votre arrivée des commerces, restaurants, activités, magasins etc… dans la régions. Je recommande cette location

bien mais coté cuisine très sale, filtre du lave vaisselle dégoutant, four très sale, filtre du sèche linge bourré de coton, tiroirs plus ou moins gras etc... Le reste de la maison allait bien sauf toutes les vitres de la maison très sales. Nous attendons le retour du chèque de caution. Merci d'avance
