Luxurious Private Apartment in South Jordan, Utah

Guests can enjoy a spacious basement apartment featuring a garage and parking pad leading to the private entrance to the home. Fully furnished, this beautiful brand new home includes three bedrooms - combined with a full kitchen, private laundry and high-speed WiFi, you'll feel right at home in this space.
Only 20 minutes from SLC Airport, 30 minutes from ski resorts and 5 minutes to two major highways. Secluded neighborhood but close to shopping malls, grocery stores and entertainment areas.

The Space
In this brand new home, you'll have access to an ample 1,800 sq ft beginning with a garage, parking pad and private entrance. The master bedroom and one guest bedroom each have beautiful King Beds, and the second guest bedroom contains queen over queen bunk beds - all topped with beautiful and luxurious linens, pillows and blankets. Each bedroom has their own closet and 55" smart TV, along with an additional 65" TV in the living area. Bathrooms are equipped with soaps, towels and blow dryers.

The living area has a comfortable leather couch to relax on or a small desk for getting work done. There are USB chargers throughout the space, so you'll never have to worry about your devices.

The kitchen and private laundry room come stocked with all the essentials for your stay; these include various food items, water bottles, toaster and coffee maker in the kitchen. The laundry room can accommodate each guest with our laundromat style washer and dryer with complimentary detergent, iron and ironing board available for use.

Guest Access
This is a basement apartment. Guests will have access to the bottom floor of our home, private garage, and parking pad. Apartment is accessible via private downstairs entrance -both garage and entrance equipped with keypads for simple entry.

Other Things to Note
Because this is a basement, there may be some noise from upstairs as we have two small children. That being said, our kids are generally very good at quiet hours (sleeping from 9pm-7am), and we aim to be as respectful and quiet as we can.

Home is located in a cul-de-sac as part of a brand new development in South Jordan, UT. We own another home across the street that is available for rentals with the same amenities as listed above; perfect for accommodating larger groups (8+ people).

Love this place

This was our third stay at this basement apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Always appreciate and love that the pantry and fridge are stocked especially when we had to leave for 7AM tournament games for the boys. Communication is easy and quick which is very appreciated as well. Will definitely be back.

What a great spot. Communication was fantastic. Everything felt absolutely brand new and just like the photos. Stocked with wonderful things for breakfast. Beds comfy and linens great. A great landing spot for us as our family hit 3 of SLC’s ski resorts.

Very pretty, but if you want to sleep past 7 be aware that the noise from people and dogs upstairs will make that difficult. Unfortunate because I got in late and was TIRED. Other than that, beautiful.

A Great Stay!

Came for a wedding with my family and sister and this property was a great central location for us with traveling back and forth throughout Utah. Having breakfast items were SO amazing to have, especially with two kids. The semi-stocked pantry is what drew me to this listing in the first place because that truly felt family friendly. There were really no complaints. We did hear some upstairs noise but not noise we haven't heard before. The sound machines provided drowned out really any noise we heard in the bedrooms. The only thing that was slightly worrisome, and I truly mean slightly, was that there was a day where we had left one day and we had to usher some kids out of the driveway so we could back out vehicle out of the garage (this was not the issue), BUT later that evening we noticed an extra note written in kid's handwriting about the upstairs dwellers. So at some point while we were gone kids went into the rental and as far as we know, just wrote a note on the sign about the door leading upstairs. We did not notice anything stolen, it had looked like my jewelry was sifted through, but since nothing seemed to be missing we didn't note anything at the time. But we were slightly uncomfortable with our remaining evening since our space had seemed that it was intruded upon. Would still stay here again honestly since this fit our budget, our family, and the ease of location.

Love the space!

I fly into Utah during a storm. I was grateful for the owner giving me updates. I usually travel alone to see my grandchildren in Utah. Visiting them every six weeks. So I look for safe, clean, and affordable VRBO homes to stay in. My family and I really had a great time. There are four large screen plasma screens. Wow! Each bedroom had their own TV and remote. The boys liked that. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Thank you. I slept so well. The home has so much space! Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. It is very clean and stylish. I felt right at home. The owner provided so much food: milk, eggs, bread, coffees, teas, snacks. The refrigerator was stocked with condiments, plus fruit cups for the kids, and yogurts. Wow. I did do my own shopping, too, and we cooked all the meals there. We had everything we needed. It was snowing; I was grateful for the little garage we had. Thank you again. I highly recommend the home and when I return to Utah, I will look for their listing.

Excellent, clean and organized stay!

This was an excellent vrbo - very clean, organized and in a great, quiet location! The stocked pantry and fridge was a wonderful benefit for breakfast and snacks. You can occasionally hear footsteps from the upstairs, but it is minimal compared to the nice, comfortable king beds, clean, updated bathrooms, full stocked kitchen, open living space, and laundry. The neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot in South Jordan. Highly recommend staying here! We would definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This was our second stay at this basement apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Wish we had more time to just hang out! The pantry and fridge was stocked with breakfast items, which was great before our 730AM tournament games for the boys. Will definitely come back.

This place is beautiful, clean and well kept. The amenities are varied and plentiful. A lot of care went into providing them. This place is close to my aunt's house so the location was perfect. We are planning on staying there again.

Wonderful place for families

This is a beautiful property in a great, quiet neighborhood. We had a slight issue with the access code, and although we were checking in very late at night (midnight), Ronald was responsive and communicative and we were able to easily check in after that. The rooms and beds were all very comfortable. And, as most other reviews mentioned, the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the basics and more, including breakfast items, pantry staples, water bottles and snacks. It really helped out especially when traveling with small children. It is a basement apartment, so you can hear walking upstairs, but it wasn’t too bothersome. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful place!!

What a great place! Location was awesome, beds comfy, and place was very cozy. We came to SLC for a funeral with little kids. They filled the kitchen with fresh milk, eggs, bread, snacks,etc which made it so easy for us with tiny people. For it being a difficult time, this place was a nice place to relax and feel like home away from home. Thank you!!

Great Utah ski trip

This is our 2nd stay in this property. The olace is clean and well stock with everything that you will need. Beds are really comfortable. Will come back again for any trip to Salt Lake.
