Very comfortable house , plenty of room . Lots of TVs for guest . Sleeps 8.

Four bedrooms ,and two bathrooms.We love the ability to close pocket doors to family room providing privacy for watching ballgame . Two 55 in family rooms. TVs in every bedroom. Washer and dryer in two car garage which is screened. The best thing is 3 car driveway. No worries where to park. Located in center of town close to shopping , bowling , gyms and bus service if needed, 5 min walk to stop.

Awesome Stay

This was a perfect location for us. The house was fantastic with everything we needed. The host kept in contact with us to make sure everything was going well. I intend to stay here again.

Nice house

The place is very nice. The only issue we encountered was the air-conditioning was locked and could not go under 71 and it was very hot the last day. The first two days in the morning wasn’t bad, as it was cool outside. But the last day, I woke up hot because of the air not being able to be put lower.

Family friendly stay

The home was clean with all accommodations, extra towels, cleaning supplies, spices for cooking & plenty of dishes & kitchenware. Super spacious and the whole family was super comfortable during our stay. Everything was nearby & weeki wachee park was only 9 minutes away.

Great house

My family loved our stay at the house. It was everything and more than the listing said. Fully furnished, including various pantry items that we weren’t expecting. My daughter said “This place is awesome.” It is close to shopping and was a short drive away from our family that was the reason for the visit. If our family plans another trip down to visit our family, this will be the first place we look at when finding a place to stay. Michelle was a great host and was very responsive to any questions I had as well as checking in from time to time to make sure everything was ok. Thank you very much.

The stay was short and sweet. It was perfect for small children you had the option of closing pocket doors for bedtimes. Without having to be super quiet

At Home in Spring Hill

We stayed three weeks at this home and we were very comfortable. The place is very clean and decorated beautifully. It was a seamless arrival and departure. Michelle was a great communicator and even came over to show us how to use the tv. All the necessities were there even a nice supply of spices in the cabinet. We felt very much at home and would not hesitate to return in the future. Thanks for your hospitality, Michelle.

Everything was as expected! Very clean. Plenty of nice furniture. Only complaint was as the televisions were different kinds it was confusing to get what you wanted to watch. Otherwise everything was great!

Home away from home.

We enjoyed our stay! My husband and I were traveling to Florida to spend some time with our kids. He's in the military and the kids live with their mom in Florida. We usually stay with family or book a hotel, but are so glad we chose to rent a home instead. It gave us a feeling of normalcy with our kiddos (ages 15 and 9). They were happy to have their own rooms! Everything was clean and the house is very spacious. The owners ensured that we had everything we needed to make the kids feel at home. We are hoping to come back again soon!

Spacious and comfortable

We had a little family gathering and the property was perfect. 7 adults, 1 teenager and an infant. We never felt crowded at any point my little nephew had room to run around and play. Every was very clean and tidy. The host are super easy to get along and communicate. Thank you for the Oreos!!!!!

Family Life Celebration

Before check in we received text messages informing us of codes and everything else we would need for a seem-less check in. House is beautiful, updated, and amenities were top of the line. Our whole stay owner checked in making sure everything was good. Highly recommend this house! Was perfect!

This is a very spacious property for a family to spread out. The house was clean, up to date appliances/furniture and well maintained. Bonus points for access to Netflix/Disney +/Hulu!!! Owners were amazing and very helpful with questions.

Great place.

The place was perfect for my family of 6. The little ones truly enjoyed all the free/open space. Exactly as described clean, very up to date, quiet neighborhood. Easy contact with owners and they left some snacks for the kids which was a great surprise for the kiddos. Would recommend and stay again.

Montano Visit

The property was everything that we thought it would be and more! Very clean and the host was super. She checked with us regularly to make sure we were OK and to see if we needed anything. Definitely a five star home to rent. The home is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, just like at home. I would recommend it as a wonderful place to stay. We would love to return here again on another trip back to Spring Hill.

Everything was Perfect

Needed a house for 3 adults for a week. Each bedroom was great and The house had everything we needed. We were very comfortable, there was plenty of space and it was very clean. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area.

I have used Vrbo for several years now. Most have all been good experiences. This most recent stay with Michelle and Paul was the best so far. Fantastic Stay

Before booking I messaged the host asking for some specific details since we were traveling with young kids and I wanted to ensure the space was fit for that. Michelle wrote me back almost immediately! She was so warm and inviting so I immediately booked! Leading up to our stay she made sure to ask if there was anything special I needed there for my littles like a pack n play or high chair. So accommodating!! The days before she confirmed again with me. She was so on top of everything! The house was perfect upon our arrival. Loved the main bedroom that had a sitting room attached, it made the perfect nursery area for my little ones. Bathrooms, living spaces, bedrooms, and kitchen were immaculately kept! Plenty of kitchen wares like dishes and utensils. Garage was amazing with its screened in area, it was great to sit in while the kids played in there. Quiet neighborhood off of a main road. It was easy access to all the attractions we went to see! Loved it and will definitely be saving this location for future use!! Michelle is one amazing host!!
