Una buena elección

El apartamento ha respondido plenamente a lo que buscábamos, una situación céntrica y tranquila, que nos permitiera desplazarnos a pie la mayor parte del tiempo. Bien ubicado, pues, el apartamento estaba también perfectamente equipado de todo lo necesario para una corta, e incluso no tan corta, estancia. La atención al llegar por parte del propietario fue de lo más correcta y cordial, poniéndose a nuestra disposición por si había el menor problema, pero, a la vista está, no fue el caso. En definitiva, un alojamiento de lo más recomendable.

Sehr schöne, etwas kleiner als auf den Bildern ersichtlich, Ferienwohnung.

Die Wohnung liegt im EG zu einem sehr kleinen Hinterhof. Der hof ist nur ca. 1m breit und ca. 10m lang. Also keine Aussicht! Wen das nicht stört, wie uns, für den ist es eine super heimelige Wohnung. Durch den schattigen schmalen Hof war die Wohnung mit geöffneten Fenstern angenehm kühl (August). Ab 11 muss man die Fenster wieder schließen, sonst wirds zu warm. Wir lieben IKEA-Ausstattung. Modern und praktisch. Großes Bad mit geräumiger Dusche. Oben der Loft mit zwei Betten nur für Kinder. Betten groß, aber Deckenhöhe ist nichts für Erwachsene oder große Personen.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, très bon accueil d'Helena qui nous as donné de bons conseils en se qui concerne les restaurants, les animations etc. . . Bel appartement, agréable et très bien situé, proche des commerces, musées et autres. Nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir. Roselyne

Lindo departamento

El departamento está muy bien equipado. Helena es una excelente anfitriona. Nos esperó y nos dió la bienvenida con bombones y magdalenas. También nos proveyó de aceite, sal, azúcar elementos necesarios y que es inconveniente comprar para pocos días. La ubicación fue muy práctica ya que está a pocas cuadras de una estación de subte y a un par de cuadras de un supermercado abierto las 24 horas. Los ambientes en las fotos parecían mucho más amplios, pero igual resultó. Tuvimos problemas con la calefacción pero Helena respondió a todos nuestros reclamos.
