This is a full-service resort. Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in.

Make the most out of Orlando by taking a vacation at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek! A Mediterranean-inspired design, best-in-class amenities and well-appointed rooms this was built with families in mind.

Approximately 760 square feet, this Two- Bedroom Suite features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 2 Double Beds in the guest bedroom, 1 Double Sleeper Sofa in the living area including a kitchen, dining area and bathroom. Maximum of 8 occupants.

Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, Washer/Dryer In Unit, DVD Player, Stereo - Most, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access, Balcony/Patio and Jetted Tub.


The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or older). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

The check- in time is 4 p.m. at the main building on-site, and check out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort is Orlando Intl Airport which is 14.9 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are always open 24 hours to respond to your requests. Shuttle services are also provided if you wish to go to the Walt Disney World ® Resort. For here at Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

This is one of my favorite places to stay in Orlando! Clean, spacious, wonderful amenities, and very close to the parks. I highly recommend this location, especially for families looking for a full kitchen and room to spread out.

Excellent location for Disney properties

From check in to when we left all staff on grounds friendly and very helpful. Any questions we had were answered or taken care of immediately. Although shuttles were available we used ride shares and this location was ideal for all the Disney properties we wanted to see.

These are time share condos rented through Vrbo. We did not have any issues but check in process was confusing. The reservation was in the owner’s name and then changed to my name right before check in time.

Great location for Disney with lots to do on property

Had a great time. Lots of pools and activities for the kids and you can see Disney fireworks from the balcony! But beware this is a timeshare so they try to rope you into a meal to sell you on the property. I was also told to state the owners name when checking in. That just confused the security and front desk.

Beautiful condo with views of fireworks

Other than the check in process where they were so hyper focused on selling us a time share, the stay was great. We found out as we were leaving there is transport to the parks. Would have been nice to have known that at check in. We also found out on our own this is a partner property and allows early entry to the parks. More information they should have shared at check in. The condo was clean and comfortable and the amenities are good. Definitely would stay again.

Reservation altered at the last minute

Our reservation was changed from a week at a 2 bedroom unit to three nights in a two bedroom and 3 nights in a one bedroom and our last night reservation was cancelled. Poor communication and no attempt to resolve issue. Terrible service from property manager Christian. We missed 2 days at Disney because of these changes. No reimbursements. Only 25% refund on 3 nights in 1 bedroom. No refund yet for the final night. Please look into this. I’ve never had trouble with a Vrbo reservation in the past. Very unsatisfactory. This was a family trip to Disney that had to be cancelled due to Covid.

Stay away from this host

Property itself was as advertised and had an enjoyable stay once we actually got there. However, this host is actually a property management company and I DO NOT recommend going through them. This was my first experience booking through VRBO where I felt scammed. Days before leaving this host bombarded me with messages informing me that the 2BR I’d reserved was not available and that I could cancel or get a 1BR for 25% off the price I’d already paid in full. Meanwhile, they were still advertising 2BR units on VRBO at a higher price, of course. VRBO support was not able to help and recommended dealing individually with the host. Regretfully I accepted the 1BR due to the late hour and panic about being out of lodging for the trip. Yes, I was an idiot for accepting this deal and regretted it almost instantly. Guess what? I did NOT receive the 25% refund after check-in as promised!! Additionally, dealing with the host was an incredibly unpleasant and negative experience and I’m almost embarrassed to say that they had me in tears at one point. RUN from this host- they are shady and untrustworthy!

The property and the unit we stayed at for the week was superior

The property without question was great. We were however told when we arrived that after 4 nights we would have to move to another unit for the remainder of our stay. To say the least this was inconvenient for a 5 person party. Luckily they worked things out the day we were suppose to move and all was well. Bonnet Creek is first class all the way.

Loved This Property!

Check-in was quick. Our room was as described. It had everything we needed. It was quite spacious and worked out well for our party of five. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. Pools were very nice. The restaurants were good. We loved the convenience of the pool bars and restaurants. Mai Tai Mondays were our favorite! We participated in the daily activities, and my son and his girlfriend won a prize! We enjoyed playing mini golf one morning. I liked how close this property is to the Disney resorts. Transportation is offered; however we chose to use an Uber and never waiting more than a few minutes for one to arrive at our tower. The staff members were all very nice and friendly. I look forward to staying here again!

At no point has management given consideration to making the guest feel welcome and ability to demonstrate dedication to 100% customer satisfaction! The checkin process is broken and sets the tone for the stay.

Hard Sell to Check In, but bliss after that

FYI: This is a Wyndham time share property, so in order to check in, you have to go through a brief hard sell that tries to get you to book a time share presentation. If you can get through that five minutes, or if you are interested in the free gifts offered or the timeshare itself (it's a lovely resort...if I could afford it, I would buy in), it is worth it. Bonnet Creek Resort is beautiful and absolutely amazing. This owner is a high tier owner, so we were actually given a free upgrade upon arrival, which we loved and appreciated. The resort is right across the street from Disney Springs and you can see the fireworks at Disney Hollywood Studios and Epcot from the resort hot tubs and pools at night. The rooms are luxurious and the amenities are fantastic. After those first panic attack-inducing five minutes, it is the perfect vacation!

Phenomenal family vacation

This property was amazing. Pictures cannot do it justice! Large spacious 2 bedroom unit with plenty of room for our family of 5. I cooked comfortably and also enjoyed eating out at the many restaurants on site. Large walking path around the lake was beautiful. So many activities for kids. The pools were beautiful and warm! I can’t say enough good things about this rental. We would love to stay again.

Great location but bad experience

The property is nice with great amenities and the location can’t be beat. However, the rental host never communicated with me before arrival. I just assumed check in would be fine. WRONG! They had no idea who I was when I tried to check in. We almost got turned away even though I had proof that I reserved a room. We finally got in touch with the rental company who acted shocked and tried to blame the resort. The rental company also acted like they emailed me, but then admitted that they never did. Our air conditioning unit was broken in our condo. It took them 2 days to figure this out. By then it was such a hassle to move us. So they just came by to check on it several times a day to jump start it until we checked out. We tried to get some compensation from the rental company. We paid a lot of money for this condo and it was not worth what we paid for the horrible communication, the embarrassment we felt, the time lost trying to figure out how to salvage our room reservation, and then dealing with a broken air conditioner for days. So far they are refusing to give us any kind of money back and are passing the blame. We will see. I will not be doing business with Resort Rental Pros ever again. Thank goodness for VRBO who listened to my customer service complaint. They heard what I had to say and are filing a complaint against the rental host company. They also took the time to talk me through what the real issues were and they even reimbursed their service fee. That’s how you maintain good business. I will continue to do business with them. I will just avoid any properties listed by Resort Rental Pros.

Had a great time!

A beautiful resort with many amenities! All staff was friendly and helpful. The resort is ON Disney property and close to a variety of activities. The beds are super comfortable! The couches could have been a bit softer, but that's really my only complaint. It was a great trip and I will definitely book here again!
