Only 5 min walk to Frisco Main Street. House well stocked with cookware and all sorts of goodies. Separate gathering areas on main floor and downstairs. Wonderful heated path to hot tub.
We had a wonderful stay here - were able to stroll into town for dinner and easy access to skiing. This home is exceptionally equipped and every room was a home away from home (reading nook, great comfortable beds, large dining table, great kitchen table, and cozy couch.) The hot tub was fabulous and everything about our stay was great!
The host, the amenities and the appliances are all top notch. We have stayed in many different places in Frisco. This is by far the best one we have ever stayed at. Loved the brand new hot tub!
We had a fantastic time at this property! The house was very clean and located in a great area very close to Main Street. The property managers Jessica and Patrick were so friendly and helpful and very quick to respond to any and all questions we had! My family and I all agreed that we would love to come back and stay again!
Everything about the property and our stay was perfect—the view out the front windows, the layout, the couches and sitting nook, the pillows, the fireplace, the kitchen supplies, the hot tub, the location. We will definitely be back!
This location is just a walk to the center of the town. If you bike it is easy to get to the trails. The layout of the house is great. We just had a great time. Jess was easy to contact and she is just wonderful.
This was the perfect house for our family. You could definitely sleep more if you wanted to, but we enjoyed the extra space. It was an easy 6-7 minute walk to main street. Check in and check out were super easy. Great house for a family or even 2.
This is the second time we have stayed at this property this year. It is ideal for our family that includes three children 10 and under. They love the kid specific room. We love the layout and are so comfortable here! Comfy and cozy!
Great vacation stay in Frisco. The house was clean and quiet and exactly as described. Served our family of 6 (2 adults, 4 teens) very well for breakfasts, dinners, hot tub time and some much needed sleep during our ski trip. There was plenty of wood for the fire place, more clean towels than could ever be used, and a completely stocked for cooking kitchen with nice appliances. 5 Stars in every respect.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Carrie, Jess and Patrick’s place. The home was clean, spacious and stocked with everything we needed. The owners were responsive whenever we sent a message. The location couldn’t have been better. We walked into town every day and we were central to all that Summit County offers. We have been to Frisco many times, and we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed this property. It was well taken care of and steps from Frisco. Hot tub and grill are on the smaller side but got the job done. FYI, you do not get access to the garage which was a bummer as we all brought our bikes and had to bring them into the laundry room. We would stay again.
Great house! 5 of us spent a little more than 2 weeks here (2 children, parents, 1 grandparent). The location was perfect to walk or bike to town, nearby park, and the Frisco Rec path in multiple directions. The area was quiet and residents vs renters.
Inside, the house was very clean, comfortable, and had all that we needed including extra hot tub towels.
Jess was available for any questions we had during our stay and was quick to respond.
Our kids loved the specialized kids room. The kitchen and living room was perfect for our large family. The house was clean and check-in was easy. Another really important element is the location of this house. There was 3 feet of fresh snow during out stay and it was really hard to drive anywhere. Luckily the house was walking distance to the Summit Stage Bus route. If not for the proximity to the bus route, we would have missed out on the fresh snow.
My two week stay started with a cul de sac wine party Monday night, about 20 fun folks who own.
I had several chats with Carrie and she has some update ideas working inside. Kitchen one of the best in all aspects. I had friends and brother visit.
A front step / door update? Great art throughout!!
I deployed the vinyl album covers as art also.
All went well - I initially thought I had more people and didn’t understand that the 3rd bedroom was truly only appropriate for kids (it’s spacious and so cute) - I also didn’t realize there was a really cozy reading nook on the second floor where an adult could have slept ... but in the end we only had 2 people! So all was well- the place was cozy , very comfortable and clean. Thank you very much!
To say the home accurately reflected its posting would be an understatement. The instant we walked in we knew we had made a great choice. Welcome treats and a warm feeling were just the beginning. From a very well stocked kitchen (and house for that matter) to the very comfortable beds we slept in that night we were consistently raving to each other about what a great place we had found. We felt like we were not at a vacation rental but staying at a friends home. Thanks so much Carrie.
Our group had a wonderful stay at this property. It is located in a nice, relatively quiet neighborhood that is a short walk to downtown where there are a number of shops, restaurants and a great independent bookstore. The house itself is very lovely and nicely decorated and had comfortable beds, ample pillows, blankets, towels, very nice bathrooms, newer appliances, etc. The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet/drawer space. The kitchen was well appointed and very large and had plenty of storage space for groceries and ample equipment and space for preparing meals. The kids were very happy with the fast internet speed of the Wifi! I very much appreciated the large laundry room on the ground level with the benches, cubbies and hooks for stashing and hanging up gear after a day of snowboarding and being able to use the garage for parking. Jess checked in with me before the trip to see if we had any special needs/concerns to help with planning our stay and was also very quick in responding to questions throughout our stay. The hot tub It was well maintained and easy to operate and we used it every day during our stay. It was nice having the hot tub accessible off of the laundry room so I didn't have to worry about the kids getting water on the floor in the main living area. There was plenty of firewood that was provided for the fireplace. Overall, our stay was very enjoyable and we would gladly rent again!
Fantastic home, host, location and experience. Highly recommend!
We just spent the better part of a week in this lovely home and the entire experience exceeded our expectations.
Starting with Carrie the owner and her support team who provided amazing communication and consideration during the entire process, including a date change to our reservation, and ensuring every one of our needs was met to the fullest. From end to end, this was a most relaxing and well managed customer experience that is far higher than standard.
The home itself is ideally located in Frisco in a quiet residential area just a short walk from the heart of Frisco and near all the resources you may need for a stay in the mountains. Access to I70 and the ski resorts is just a couple of min. down the road, and we were at Copper Mtn in less than 20 min. I really can't think of a better location in the area, regardless of the season.
The home is ridiculously well appointed with every amenity you can imagine, particularly when it comes to the kitchen. We prepared meals at the house every day and didn't run into an appliance, tool, or other supply we needed that wasn't provided. There is a Safeway, Whole Foods, and many other small shops just minutes away from the house so there is no need to lug huge amounts of food and supplies up the mountain, it's all just down the street.
We also had two kids aged 2 and 5 with us and they loved it, there are games, puzzles, and many toys provided, so again just bring the basics, it’s all there for you when you arrive.
I can't recommend this home for your vacation plans enough. Any time of year, Frisco is a lovely town with so much to offer and this an ideal place to stay.
This place was amazing! The most well stocked house we have rented. SO close to Main Street!
House and managers were the best we’ve had so far on our vacations! We have a 9, 7, and 3.5 year old and this place was just perfect. My kids LOVED the kids’ room with the bunk beds and plenty of toys to entertain themselves during some down time. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures! It was very private and did not feel like we were sharing with the downstairs at all. It is a few minutes walk to Main Street which is great when you have little legs tagging along. The house managers were incredibly nice and quick to respond. Even gave some great family friendly restaurants for us to go to when we were arriving at dinner time. Can’t say enough! Thanks for such a wonderful plave!
Nice property with an easy walk into town. There are some houses (I assume other VRBO’s) close but it wasn’t a huge issue, they weren’t too loud. Plenty of space inside to cook/eat meals, play cards/games in the evenings. Hot tub was nice on a chilly evening. Frisco is a fun little town with good restaurants and shops that we walked to daily (summer visit)
This is a wonderful property with great amenities. Walking distance to downtown Frisco and also nearby a park for families to enjoy. We really enjoyed our stay.
We absolutely loved this cozy and beautiful house. It is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, including a great kitchen and an awesome hot tub. The location is perfect — a 5 minute walk to Main Street, and a 16 minute drive to Breckenridge Peak 8. Jess, the property manager, was super nice and accommodating. House is also very clean. Our kids loved the bunk beds, and all of the toys. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!!
