This amazing condo is very clean and very spacious. Conveniently located just 1.1 miles from the strip (Approximately 2-6 minutes drive/ 15-22 minutes walk/ 8 minutes on the bus) which is a great distance to keep you near everything and enough far away from all the noise and traffic. Within 4-8 minutes walk from Palms, Rio and Gold Coast hotels and casinos which offers shuttles, a great variety of restaurants, shops and shows.

The unit is very clean and fully equipped. Everything is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before every stay.
Unit is located in the second floor with a balcony and has access to 2 pools (Secondary pool currently under renovation but main pool remains open) and a hot tub (hot tub is currently closed due to Covid-19 precautions) which are just steps away from the condo.
This condo is a guard gated community, that offers free parking just a few steps from the condo and 24 hours security which will make you feel safe at all times.
-50" 4K Ultra HD TV with Roku, TV cable with HBO, Showtime and Hulu.
-Keurig Machine w/ complementary coffee and tea.
-Blender for smoothies and milkshakes.
-Gated entry with 24hr security guards patrolling around the community.
-24/7 gym.
-Free unlimited parking right in front the building, just a few steps away.
-Fully equipped kitchen with plenty of pots, a blender and kids dishes, cups and utensils.

Love traveling, music, food, people. Very easy going, always with a smile and flexible in most situations. Love the diversity in Vegas and that you can find and do nearly everything you have in mind here.

The complex has a very nice view of the Strip were you can admire several of mayor hotels like Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, The Cosmopolitan, Mandalay Bay, Paris, Vdara, Aria, New York New York, etc.
