Additionally this home has only been rented to 3 other couples previously. You will not find many review of this home because it has only been rented to 4 couples since it was redone. Most of them have loved it so much they have returned. Additionally, since the association requires a 30 day minimum stay, most who rent do so for a good portion of a season. It is not the normal rental, it is our home that we share with a few people and it is decorated and filled with amenities of a personal home not of a rental.

The price in the advertisement does not comply with California law for statement of costs. Addtional fees are $250 cleaning fee, and the required 11% local tax for short term rentals. As it is too difficult and time consuming to add the 11% as a $ instead of a % for each date, we are electing not to offer our home to California residents. Thank you for your understanding.
