The house is located in the gulf of Ajaccio between Ajaccio and Propriano at equal distance.
It is close to Acqua Doria and the famous paillotte 'at Francis' in Cala d'Orzu 3 minutes drive with its beach with turquoise waters.
Portigliolo is 10 minutes drive away with its nautical club beaches and restaurants; Isolella 15 minutes with pharmacy doctor restaurants dive center beaches etc ...
A grocery store with fresh bread is nearby (4 minutes) and a restaurant with organized evenings.
Orzu cala huts also organize parties.
The house is new on a plot of 4000 square meters, very pleasant, functional with all the comfort and ideally located between beaches and countryside.
On the floor there are two terraces: 1 side sea with superb view on the gulf of Ajaccio and the bloody islands another side maquis.

A studio of 45 m2 is contiguous, being separated by its door from the rest of the house.
It has a cozy double bed equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, a bathroom and separate toilet. Bay window with partition and its shutter giving on a wooden terrace of 20 m2.
