Casa Rossetto is a modern and graceful apartment. It sleeps five people. From Casa Rossetto you will enjoy a characteristic view of the street below and of the other buildings. Casa Rossetto is 70 square meters (750 square feet). It features air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed), winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the historic center of Siracusa, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the bus stop at 100 meters (330 feet) and the closest beach at roughly 500 meters (550 yards).
Casa Rossetto is located on the first floor of an ancient building. You will reach it from the entrance of the building going up a stairway which consists of approximately 15 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Rossetto. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 800 meters (880 yards), free of charge or for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved) or in a private parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Living Room
The furnishings of the living room are modern and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the courtyard and of the surrounding houses through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The kitchen has a window with a view of the other buildings.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the nearest building through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the small balcony with a view of the nearest building through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
