The Suncreek is a recently renovated 2BR/2BA condo with plenty of space for the whole family! Centrally located in the quiet Prospector Square neighborhood, you're a 5 min drive to the base of Park City Mountain, Deer Valley, or to the restaurants, shops and nightlife of Main Street.

The condo is also right on the free Park City bus route for easy access to any part of town.

Covid Cancellation - In addition to the cancellation policy listed on the site, we’ve added the following to help give you options in the case of any closures.

1) If the ski resorts close due to Covid related issues, we will offer your choice of a full refund or credit towards a future stay. This will be pro-rated in the event that a closure happens during your stay.

2) If the resort you are mainly skiing at (Park City Mountain Resort or Deer Valley) is operating, it will be the normal cancellation policy (see your itinerary for details).

If you need to cancel for any other reason prior to your stay, we can't guarantee any refund, but we will try to re-rent the property and will refund anything we are able to recover by re-renting.

It may make sense to purchase Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance, let us know if you’d like any recommendations on that after booking.

Great Location, Everything We Needed

This property is in a great location in Park City. Just a few minutes drive to the lifts at Park City or The Canyons. Convenient underground parking garage with the option to park outside as well. The kitchen is well equipped and there was plenty of lounging space for our group of four. Beds were comfy, but had no box springs which made them a bit low to the ground. While we were there, the dryer drum seized up. I sent a note to our host Leron and he sent someone to fix it the very next day. He was a very responsive host! We would definitely stay here again… a bonus for my husband, Freshies Lobster was less than a block away - Lobster Rolls were delicious as were the Whoopie Pies.

A Real Prospector’s Find

We found the 2 bd/2 bth unit just perfect for us! The Prospector neighborhood is so convenient and has everything you need; from all the great walk to restaurants, the bus stop for ski mountain access right out the door and walking trails to access the excitement of Old Town or for a beautiful nature walk. We will be back!

Beautiful resort

Very spacious living area, updated appliances. Clean and well supplied in terms of towels, detergent, soap etc. Fireplace very smokey. Overall, very happy with accomadations.

Everything you need for an awesome ski trip

Highly recommended. Would stay again. Accurate description. Clean, comfortable, convenient. 2 beds 2 baths with cute balcony. Right on bus route. Walkable to a couple food and ski rentals.

Christmas Trip To Park City

The condo was perfect! So cozy and convenient to everything in Park City. Easy to get around. Snow on slopes was perfect and fresh powder. The kitchen was nicely stocked and new appliances. Fireplace was an incredible feature to relax by after a day of skiing. Beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of linens. Highly recommend and will stay again in the future

Few min Uber to town lift/ main drag /restaurants or to Park City ski site. Plenty of space for 5 to crash after a day of skiing, eat in or hang out. Photos of unit are accurate. Beds with comfortable mattress. Kitchen well equipped. Front load washer dryer. Convenient underground secure assigned parking spot with elevator access to floor of unit. Internet with excellent speed. Property manager was very responsive and pleasant to interact with. Nothing negative to report from our stay. Great ski trip!!!

Nice condo, good location

Overall location is good proximity to skiing and restaurants. Just behind the building is a great walking/biking trail. We liked the living area of this condo, with the large sectional and dining table. The TV is in good location over fireplace. The beds have firm mattresses and are low to the ground. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything you could need to cook a full dinner. Enjoyed our stay!
