It is composed of a large living room of 45m² with 2 sofas and a dining table for 12 people, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with bunk beds plus a 90 bed and 1 120 bed in the mezzanine, 2 bathrooms, one with bath.

Small feature, many artists regularly exhibit a dozen works (photos or paintings) in the accommodation.
