House with sea view facing Poulfoen beach

Our house is ideally located close to the beach of Poulföen plouescat and 200 meters from the square kerfissien with its summer market on Sunday morning. You will discover the specialties of our Brittany! Throughout the year you will also find a tobacconist and bread store.
Our house, totally renovated in 2019 is located on a closed ground of 300 m2 with its terrace and its corner lawn. A parking space on the ground and possibility of large parking in front of the house. The garden furniture and plancha are at your disposal.
On the ground floor there is an entrance with its closet, a toilet and two bedrooms (1 bed 160x200 and 2 beds 90x200) with each bathroom. On the 1st floor the kitchen with its island and its table for lunch and dinner facing the sea, a toilet and a spacious living room of 40 m2. Kitchen equipment: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, washing machine, coffee maker and electric kettle, toaster, iron, vacuum cleaner.
On the top floor a room sea view (1lits 160x200).
Bed linen is provided and your beds will be made upon arrival. Linen is also available.
Costs on the spot: electricity (0,18 € / kwh), water, deposit of 400 €, cleaning fee to 80 €.
Possibility cot / high chair on order, pet 1 allowed at the price of 25 € the stay.
Many walks on the beach or dunes are directly from the house. Possibility to hike on the GR34, nearby nautical center: kayaking, sailing, stand up paddle ... fishing on foot, cinema 5 minutes and golf 5 kms.
