We stayed for a conference and had a great time. The house was clean and in the perfect location to walk to all of our favorite locations (music city center, Broadway, etc!). Host was amazing! Definitely recommend!
Great location and having a parking is amazing! Tyler and Jessica answered quickly if we had any questions! We will definitely come back!
It was so great to be walking distance to downtown. Having protected parking was really important to us and we appreciated that option. Everything was as advertised and very clean. Had we forgotten any amenities, there were things available to use.
We opted for a spontaneous getaway to Nashville. This Airbnb proved to be ideal, situated at just the right distance from the bustling activity to ensure peace and quiet, yet conveniently close for a leisurely stroll. Plus, the price was excellent.

Great Nashville location

This was our first VRBO experience. The property was everything described by owner. Even though I can't walk far, the walk to Broadway was easy. Many good restaurants were also in walking distance. The place was clean and well maintained. The owners were easy to contact and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone looking to enjoy Nashville.

Would recommend and stay again!

Just as advertised. Great location, under a mile walk to downtown Nashville. Ample, free parking (which is perfect for a rental car, but frankly you could get away with walking everywhere and ubering when necessary). Easy communication with hosts, plenty of free amenities to get you through a few days (crackers, toiletries, etc). Stayed with my mother and we both had our own large beds, ample shared space in living room and kitchen. Being used to city and apt life, I was not bothered by it at all, but if you're not used to that there is "noise", light footsteps upstairs, the occasional fire engine siren, etc. Host provided ear plugs (I normally travel with my own anyway) and I slept just fine! May I suggest a white noise machine/app if your sensitive to things like that, because this location is totally worth it! Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Property!

We loved being close enough to walk to things and also the entire “home” vibe we felt. We stayed in 2 nights of our stay, the condo was perfect for it. The owners are spot on in answer time. Just an overall great place and owners.

Such a great stay! Hosts were very easy to communicate with checkin and checkout were a breeze. Loved the little extras they had available in case you forget something. Location was a quick 10 min. walk downhill to Broadway.

This place was exactly as advertised. It was cute & it was cozy. A couple stores & places to eat with in blocks. Seemed like a safe neighborhood. Close enough to Broadway to walk or uber. Had a nice little balcony patio with some great morning sun light. Would recommend.

Clean place within walking distance of Broadway and Bridgestone Arena (Go Bruins!). Well stocked including mini travel items in case you forgot anything - a nice touch! The size and accommodation was perfect for my partner and I and a great landing spot for our trip to Nashville! Thanks for a great stay!

Good location in Nashville!

We had so much fun in Nashville, and loved this condo! The description is accurate and you CAN walk to Broadway and back quite easily. There are so many things to do, but this property is clean, comfortable and quiet, so "staying in" is a pleasure too. The hosts provide some nice amenities (k-cups, toiletries, laundry detergent, and more), which was appreciated. Even a bottle of Champaigne!

This property is as advertised. There were only two of us. One bathroom was fine. 4 or more guests could be challenging. We found the walk to Broadway a little too long. We are both 74. Uber rates were very high, so we drove everywhere. Parking rates are VERY expensive in Nashville. It wasn't perfect for us, but I would certainly recommend to others.

Hello! Thank you for considering our homes! Our homes are in fantastic locations, carefully chosen areas where we would live ourselves. They are not in "transitional" areas and feature special touches to create a memorable vacation experience. Our offerings include:

East Nashville home with a pool and hot tub, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Eight trendy and centrally located downtown condos, all in the same complex, accommodating 4-8 people each.
Oceanfront condo in Panama City Beach.
Amazing private cabin in the mountains.
We enjoy exploring new places and have a range of hobbies. Currently, my favorite is wake surfing, while Tyler is an avid scuba diver. Weekends at the lake on our houseboat are another favorite pastime. Personally, I'm into hot yoga, and Tyler enjoys running in our neighborhood. In addition to hosting on Airbnb, I taught 4th grade in East Nashville for 13 years and work as a local realtor, specializing in helping women purchase their first homes. Tyler is a realtor and a proud Nashville native. He is always available to assist our guests and can help you plan a memorable Nashville vacation.

We are huge fans of the Nashville Predators and Tennessee Titans, attending many of their games. Music holds a special place in our hearts, and we frequently attend shows, often securing last-minute tickets. Lastly, we are overjoyed to be the proud parents of our baby girl, Lillie!
