DETAILS: 114 Dunes Estate Boulevard is located just steps away from the beach in Seagrove! This home is ideal for large families and suitable for children. Upon arrival, you will find 6 complimentary bikes and an outdoor shower that you can use after your refreshing swim in the oversized pool next door. The first-floor foyer with shiplap detail includes a mudroom and laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and loads of storage. There are 2 bedrooms and a brand new bunk room downstairs. The first bedroom features a king bed and mounted TV with a shared bathroom and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed with a mounted TV. The bunk room offers 4 total beds - 2 twin XL beds-over-queen beds. It also includes a mounted TV with video game wiring and private bathroom with a shower/tub combination.

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find an open kitchen and living room with a private hallway featuring another bunk bed and bathroom. The kitchen features premium stainless steel appliances with quartz countertops, all-white finishes, and plenty of dining space for the entire family. The dining table seats 6, and the kitchen island has 4 barstools. There is also a pub table set with four more seats and a large porch with additional outdoor seating. There is a flat-screen smart TV available in the living room with access to streaming services. The bunk bed sleeps 2 and has a private closet and brand new bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The third floor includes an oversized master bedroom, mounted TV, private balcony with additional seating, and partial gulf views. The bathroom has a large double sink area, separate vanity space, and walk-in shower and closet. Bonus third floor bedroom has a full bed and TV.

Super Beach Vacay

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was so clean and had so many beach toys, boogie boards and an umbrella. It was also nice to have the pool and pickleball court so close. We really enjoyed the two spacious porches in the evenings.

Friend Family Beach Trip

We had an amazing time at this property. A group of friends and our young children fit in the house wonderfully! The proximity to the beach, restaurants and activities made it a breeze. The golf cart made it super easy to get beach gear to and from quickly. We highly recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

Great Property

Great Family Get-Away

We had a small friend reunion. It was a great place to have little kids. Plenty of sleeping space. Great location - close to the pool and a short walk/golfcart ride to the beach. My daughters LOVED the bunkbed room. Already trying to figure out when we can get back.

Great house and location

The house was perfect for our family beach trip. We really enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart and garage. Short ride/walk to the beach and right next to tennis court and pool. Management was very responsive to all questions. Great property!

Fun Vacay on 30A

We enjoyed the home. Furnishings and decor are up to date. There is a large selection of beach chairs & a couple of wagons for beach gear…very nice to have! We enjoyed the short distance walk to the beach.

Great vacation spot

Beautiful, spotless, well-equipped home in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely area with shops and restaurants within biking distance. Loved having the golf cart to transport people and gear to the beach. The beach was very crowded most of the week, which was a bit of a negative for us. Nevertheless, our overall experience was so enjoyable that we would definitely book this home again.

The bees knees

This was such a beautiful house! Simply laid out to all our needs!! The walk to the beach was very close and we loved it! The only part was the view was obstructed, which was misleading…Overall I think it was very quiet and very safe neighborhood., Our door was open when we got there, and would not like correctly when we left…But the bees knees it’s something I would like to return to sometime soon thank you

Review of property

Our week stay at this home was wonderful. The location of the house and proximity to the beach were fantastic. The use of the garage and all the beach belongings was great. The house was very clean. The check in and check out process were both super easy. We only had two issues during our stay. The washer only accepted powder detergent. This wasn't a big issue for us but required a trip to Walmart that we weren't expecting. Maybe add that note as part of the listing so people know ahead of time. And the other issue we had was that the AC in the first floor bunk room didnt work the first day. The rental property was so easy to work with and sent people to fix the issue quickly, even on a Sunday. My only complaint would be is that the phone system wasn't working, but they were quick to respond via email. Overall our stay was great and we would love to stay there again.

Wonderful Labor Day getaway

What an amazing Labor Day weekend we had at this home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, had more than enough towels and storage, and genuinely felt like a home away from home. The garage full of wagons, chairs, and beach gear was a nice touch and made trips to the beach with little ones easier. The golf cart was charged and ready for use, and we definitely used it. Every bedroom had a tv, the bunk room had so much storage and the kids loved the little lights on each bed. The owners of this home have done an incredible job keeping it modern, and insanely clean. The proximity to the beach was about a five minute walk. The outdoor shower leads directly into the laundry room. Very well thought out. One downfall is the internet. It is terrible. Barely any connection and my cell service was also really bad in the area. If you come to this house, come prepared to unplug from internet based activities. Age range: 2 over 60, 2 mid 40s, 3 under 12.

Exceeded our expectations

Perfect for our girls’ trip! A gorgeous house located in a quiet cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighborhood. The check in process was easy, the house was spotless, and everyone had plenty of room to relax both indoor and out. The golf cart was perfect for going anywhere we wanted and the house also includes everything you could want for enjoying the beach (chairs, umbrellas, wagons, cooler, etc.). We would go back in a heartbeat!

We love this place. We can't wait to come back. The house has everything you could need. 2 sets of grandparents and our 15 month old. Golf cart, bikes and short walk to the beach. Perfect place to relax. we will be back. 5 STAR on everything.

BeautifulBeach House at Sea Grove

Loved the house, it’s beautiful in every way! The house was spacious and accommodated 15 people comfortably! The kitchen was well stocked with everything you needed even a Ninja blender! The only complaint I had was fridge space! It would be nice to have a drink fridge in the garage or somewhere! We ran out of space to store food and drinks. The ice maker was very slow with making ice! The bedrooms were very comfortable, the top floor had its own thermostat which was amazing! The top floor master bedroom and the bedroom share a bath so some people might want to know that and there is Jon lock on the door from the second bedroom. Loved the bunk room it was Perfect for the 6 teenage girls that were along. It was close walk or bike ride to the beach! They had all the beach gear which was awesome, all the hairs umbrellas and hauling devices! The beach access is public and doesn’t have parking so the golf cart was so helpful! Our teenagers loved the bikes and being able to hit up the coffee and ice cream shops on 30 A near our road. Great house highly recommend!!

March 2020 StayFun Spring Break

The house was fabulous! We had everything we needed. It was well furnished. The beds were very comfortable. They thought of everything including beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon and games. The pool was heated and so nice to have so close. I can’t think of anything that was missed.
