Independent apartment fully equipped of 53m ². Living room (pellet stove, TV), kitchen (fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob and oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, toaster, kettle), shower room (washbasin, shower), toilet, laundry (washing machine, table and iron), a mezzanine (1 bed 140 x 190), a bedroom (1 bed 90 x 190 and a fireside chair, possibility to put a cot). Central heating and pellets included in the rental price.
Outside, 700 m² garden with terrace, barbecue, garden furniture and parasol, swing. Mountain bike available, table tennis, canoes.
