Single story, 2 1/2 * bedroom, 2 bath, open concept condo. Easy access, with garage/playroom. Newly painted, fresh linens, enjoy your home away from home! Fireplace, big screen TV, quiet neighborhood and
Play darts or fooseball in the garage/playroom. Near to the Master's Golf Course, downtown, interstate and Augusta Canal recreation area. Over 30 great restaurants, plus movies and shopping within a mile and a half! Come stay and relax. *(3 rd bedroom is a separate study with a futon bed. )

Great place

We had a great stay at Mary’s place while in Augusta. The condo was exactly like shown in the pictures. Very well maintained and comfortable spot. Mary was laid back and very easy to communicate with, as well as very accommodating. The only suggestions I had were not things that could have been taken care of while we were there and Mary said she already had them in the works! My 4 year old son LOVED the small backyard, he is autistic and can sometimes get overwhelmed, but the yard was a perfect size for him to play and for me to feel comfortable letting him out there in his own (the yard is completely fenced in!). Overall we had an excellent experience and would absolutely stay again if we found ourselves in Augusta again!! Thanks for your hospitality Mary!!

Wonderful home, great location

We were so happy with our stay here. We had a small family reunion so it was perfect for the 6 of us. A hotel room wouldn't have been as fun and comfortable. Ms. Mary was very warm and accommodating. We loved all the homey details and the kids liked the game room. Our only complaint was the futon in the dining room. It was very uncomfortable for sleeping. We had to put it on the floor. We were told a replacement was ordered but wouldn't be there by the time we arrived. The WiFi was out but Mr. Mary left an apology note and wine with cheese and crackers! We played board games and caught up so we didn't mind. The location was very convenient as well. Starbucks, Publix, and Rhineharts (locals place, great food), the River park area, All close by. We highly recommend this place and will try to book it again next year for our reunion. Much thanks to Ms Mary!!
