This single level two bedroom, one bath house is a great place to call "home" while you are in town for work, visiting family, hunting/fishing or just exploring beautiful Montana. Dog friendly with a spacious, fenced in back yard. No matter if you are visiting for the weekend or for the month, this cute little house is the place for you!

Quiet neighborhood

All in all the property was nice. However the bathroom was filthy. The toilet was gross, the shower was dirty; we had to wear our flip flops while showering. I took pictures but cannot add them here I guess. The bathroom sink was horrible, especially the water faucet. Rest of the house was good and in order. Quiet neighborhood, nice fenced area for our pup & us. Was nice there was a table & chairs outside to sit and enjoy the evening while playing with our dog. If it wasn't for the bathroom being gross I would have rated 5.

Comfortable & Convenient

Very clean and comfortable small rental. Kitchen had everything necessary for basic meals. Very quiet neighborhood. Host helped out when an Amazon package didn’t deliver. They are very helpful and on top of communications. Perfect home base for exploring the Dillon area and some fantastic trout fishing.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house was just as advertised, it was clean and well stocked. We only used one bed and it was comfortable, maybe a little soft for me but I slept well. The kitchen was stocked with ample glassware, dishes, and silverware. The fridge was pretty new and very clean. We could not find a toaster but that was the only thing we found lacking. The bathroom was clean, with only a shower but plenty of hot water. There is a washer and dryer which was nice to have available. The house is in a quiet residential neighborhood and I would definitely recommend it for a couple like us or a family.

After arriving I discovered WIFI was not working message host with no response, looking around living room found equipment with everything disconnected and a power cord that had previous damage to it behind the love seat. corrected the problem. Because my work travels with me I needed the WIFI access and the lack of response was irritating. Having a yard for the dog was a added benefit though the small air conditioning in the dinning room did little to cool the house down and keep freezing up which prevented it working at all.

Queen bed is only bed that is comfortable for an adult the other beds are not, at best okay for kids.

nice stay

It was a nice place, quiet neighborhood, needed a little cleaning in the bathroom shower and the kitchen counter which we took care of, it was roomy, a nice place be at where our dog could run around outside. plenty of room for the 5 of us
