2 bedroom, 2 bath Renovated 2021 beachside condo. NOTICE - currently building undergoing exterior repairs & paint - some construction noise during day time hours. Improvements activity anticipated through May 2025…unit functional otherwise. Unit sleeps 6 with pull out sofa. Second floor unit steps to the beach. Must see!!! End unit with views of the Ocean & Ponce Inlet Lighthouse. Condo building in quaint beachside town of Ponce Inlet-just South of Daytona Beach. Lighthouse and the jetty are less than 1/2 mile. One of the newer renovated units in the building! 2 sliding glass doors leading out to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom. Patio seating. NO PET BUILDING AND NO SMOKERS!!

It was a great time. Charlie had everything you need and more. Walked the beach. Close to the lighthouse and seen the rockets go off and land in ocean

Perfect!!!

Beautiful place, perfect location and had plenty of space with everything we needed and more. Owner was always available for contact and even had no issues with my son's wheelchair! This was our first family vacation ever and it felt like home. We use again and have already referred this place to others! Thank you for making this trip amazing!

Nice Ponce Inlet vacation condo

Condo is very comfortable, clean, and tastefully decorated. It has everything we needed for a month’s stay, without being cluttered. Owners were very responsive to our questions and requests. Location is in a quiet area, but near some of our favorite restaurants. Would not hesitate to stay there again.
