Silver Lake, Waterfront Property sleeps 12

This large spacious home is situated on pristine Silver lake, in Madison NH. The Home features a large deck and dock allowing you to bring your own motor boat to avail of all the water fun opportunities here on the lake. There is kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and fishing, or simply relaxing with a good book and soaking up the nearly magical views of this wonderful lake and its surrounds. We will provide four kayaks for your enjoyment but to be used at your own risk


Its the perfect house for all seasons, each season offering a very unique experience here at the lake.

With the fall , the colors of the changing leaves is nothing short of breathtaking… Winter offers skiing snow boarding, sledding, with ski mobile trails nearby, and ice fishing, Its also close to King Pine a family ski resort located in Madison.

The home is perfectly situated not far from north Conway with tax free shopping restaurants, movie theaters, etc.

This house itself has four levels. As you enter there is the first queen sized bedroom with a fantastic view of the lake and its own deck.Going down a floor you have a queen size bedroom with deck, another bedroom with three beds, (perfect for children) a large bathroom, with both a shower and a jacuzzi tub and a double sink.

Going down another level to the main floor, there is a large kitchen, two separate dining spaces, each seating six people comfortably and a bar that seats 4, there are two separate sitting areas each with there own TV. There is also a half bath on the floor with a HUGE deck, with plenty of outdoor patio furniture a barbecue and tons of space to dine or lounge while absorbing some breathtaking views. The washer/dryer are also situated on this floor.

Going down one more floor to the bottom level. There is a small kitchenette with fridge , (no stove) but a microwave and coffee making are.,There are two bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a single, and a separate sitting area with a pull out queen size sofa and two more single beds. There is also a bathroom with shower/tub.

We had a really great 50th Anniversary week with family. Beautiful location on the water was perfect. The kayaks, row boat and paddle boat were convenient and used a lot. Plenty of sleeping options. Would have liked another refrigerator in the kitchen area as we brought meals for the week and the refrigerator in the kichen was full.

A beautiful week at Silver Lake

We have stayed at many lakes in the area over the years but Silver Lake is by far our favorite. This was the first time we have rented this specific home and it did not disappoint. The home is actually even better than the pictures provided. Our whole group of friends and family was delighted upon entering! The house was cozy and inviting and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view of the lake is spectacular from every point on the back side of the home. The dock is big and there is lots of comfortable seating. We brought some paddle boards and between those and the kayaks provided we had plenty of this to do! The owner was very helpful and attentive to anything we needed. The only downside to the property was there are only two full baths for a home that comfortably sleep so many but once we came up with a shower routine we managed just fine:) We are already looking forward to going back next year! Thanks Deirdre for everything!

We had a family reunion here from three states and it was the perfect place to spread out, do different kinds of activities, enjoy the swimming and kayaking, and just rest on the deck or visit North Conway. And we were lucky enough to go during the Persid meteor shower which we all watched from the deck and dock.

Family vacation

House was spacious and well appointed for our family of six adults and five children. Four story Lake front property with great wrap around decks and lake views from every window and slider. Although not an issue for our family, the many steps within the house and steps getting to the pier could be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Rental includes pedal boat and four kayaks. A hit for everyone all week.

Family of 10 VaCa On the Lake !!

We had a great time: had our 24ft pontoon, weather was episodic, had loon experiences in the AM, very quiet w/ neighbors and lake traffic minimal. Our meals and BBQ on the deck were highlights ! Easy to be together or find a space for quiet time. Sunsets were spectacular ! Several of us had mobility issues, so 4 floors w/stairs were of concern.

Great summer lake house

The house was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room to hang out together or find a private spot to to nap or read. The location on the lake was great and the lake itself was beautiful and not too busy. We especially enjoyed hearing the loons all night long.

Lovely lake vacation!

We had a most delightful stay at this lakefront house. The host is very responsive and helpful, and the checkin process was easy. The house is exactly as described. There is lots of space to accommodate a big group comfortably. The kitchen is very well stocked and the furniture is comfortable and clean. We loved swimming off the dock and even rented a motorboat for part of the week. Silver Lake is calm and beautiful, making for a most relaxing vacation. We hope to be back! Thanks again!

Wonderful Lake House

Just as advertised. Lovely setting. Well stocked kitchen. Open main floor layout. 4 kayaks and dock. Lots of deck space. One suggestion: time for owner to provide sheets and towels given the end of the pandemic.

Great winter getaway

We had a blast staying at Deirdre’s Silver Lake home. House has a really cool layout with plenty of space and gorgeous lake views from most rooms. Nice and close to King Pine and also pretty close to Cranmore.

A 4-star week!

This rental had beautiful views, clean water, kayaks, fishing, swimming, and plenty of space for our family vacation. The home was gorgeous and other area attractions were a short drive away. Owners were excellent communicating and our family with ages 11-adult all had an awesome time. Would definitely revisit!

Perfect Vacation House

House has lots of bedrooms and space for your guests to spread out. Can't get much closer to the lake than this. Wonderful deck for happy hour and sunset watching. Hosts generously provided many boats which kids loved.

Idyllic, fun-filled lake house vacation!

It all started with the kids heading out the back door, down the steps, running down the dock, and leaping into the crystal clear waters of silver lake! The house is amazingly unique with multiple floors, plenty of bedrooms, and a downstairs the kids could have to themselves...which meant the adults could have the upstairs ;)! Huge windows abound allowed for stunning views of the lake from sun up to moon down, as the loons sang you to sleep! The house has everything you'd need to cook in or out, kayaks and the dock are right out the back door. Close to hiking and north conway, and river tubing. Hosts were great to work with, and the house was so cozy it felt like our home for the week! Thanks for sharing it with us!

Very special place for a family getaway

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Our hosts were delightful to deal with all of the details and questions. We were so impressed with the cleanliness of the house. There was plenty of room for all of us; the bedrooms were spread out nicely for our privacy. The house was beautiful and well appointed. We loved the waterfront and enjoyed our time hanging out on the dock, fishing, swimming, kayaking on peaceful Silver Lake, it was truly magical for all (ages 5-60+).
