Why they chose this property
My Wife and I purchased this property to help with her Health issues and the love of the beauty of the Desert. Most see it as hot, dry and barren. You have to step back and appreciate the beauty that is beneath that....cactus that are hundreds of years old, monsoons that change the color to green and cactus blossoms, sandstorms, the most beautiful sunsets....the list goes on. Come and discover the beauty of the Desert.....
What makes this property unique
The only convenience not on site is a grocery store...that is 10 minutes away. Lots of local restaurants along with chain ones. Easy drive to Sedona, Flagstaff, Grand Canyon and if you want to go to L.A. or Vegas pack an overnight bag. Lots to do a see.
