Bonaire Sky is a lovely villa situated in a quiet residential area just outside the town center of Alcudia, in Bonaire, near the beaches of Sant Joan and Sant Pere. The villa accommodates up to 8 people in 4 rooms, all equipped with air conditioning. Bonaire Sky has its own garden with swimming pool, an outdoor dining area with barbecue and a very nice upper terrace fully equipped to enjoy the sun with family or friends.
In the immediate vicinity of the house is the Port of Bonaire, also known as the port of "El Cocodrilo", where there are several restaurants, a supermarket and you can rent boats and take diving courses.

Distribution:
The villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living / dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an upper terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and overlooking the sea, an outdoor dining area and a private pool with sun loungers.

Comfort and Services:
Internet, satellite TV, CD player, air conditioning in all rooms, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, iron, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, barbecue, hair dryer, cot and high chair for baby. Fully equipped property with bed linen and towels.

Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day.
Note 3. When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
Note 4. Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 0.29 € / Kw to pay at departure.

Note 5: Please note there is an extra cost of 30€ for check-in after 22.00 h. and 50€ for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6: On the Balearic Islands, all hotels/ tourist accommodations have the obligation of charging the guests over the age of 16 the Tourist Tax, which is then transferred to Local Authorities.

Exceptional beautiful house!

The garden and the pool are absolutely stunning just like the pictures show. If you have a car, the place is in a great location as its close to many interesting towns and sights. Communications with the agents were excellent. Stunning house with all the amenities situated in a great location. Would definitely book again.

Dream villa

Excellent villa, even better than the photos suggest. Travelled with my parents and 3 children and it was perfect for us. The villa is very secure and private which was great to let our kids playing around. Great pool and bbq with excellent space inside in terms of beds, showers, kitchen and living area. Definitely need a car to stay here but we expected that. We will definitely be going back

We had a lovely time at Bonaire Sky, the terrace is really stunning, you cannot get board of it and the Vila is well furnished, great for families. Joan has received us very friendly also put some small amentities and all basics elements for food at our disposal which was really appreciated. Hope to come back soon, thanks !

A wonderful time in Mallorca

A large and spacious house ideal for 8 people. Well-equipped kitchen. There is a dishwasher and a large fridge. Additionally, there is an iron and a hair dryer. A small but sufficient garden with a swimming pool. You will also find here sun loungers. There is a ping-pong table in the basement. Once again Mallorca Holiday and once again we are very satisfied with the highest level of service.

Villa located in a quiet residential area. Everything was very clean when we arrived (except the barbecue ). A big thank you to the Mallorca Holiday Properties team for their welcome and sympathy. Wir waren die ersten Besucher im Haus nach der Corona-Sperre. So ging zuerst die Spühlmaschine nicht, der Wasserboiler war kaputt und der Pool ein wenig trüb. Alles läuft über Strom (selbst die Wasserversorgung und damit auch die Duschen/Toiletten - was wir zu spüren bekamen, als die Stromversorgung für 1 Tag ausfiel) Aber Dank des wirklich super engagierten Joan wurde alles, was in seiner Hand lag, bestens geregelt. An dieser Stelle ein ausdrückliches Lob für seinen unermüdlichen Einsatz. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut und Bäcker und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder! (Gerne auch als zweite Belegung nach einer Zwangspause :-))

Beautiful villa in an incredibly quiet area.

This villa was absolutely perfect for our stay in Mallorca. The space was superb. Clean, modern and very comfortable. We used it as a base for a cycling holiday (which worked brilliantly). It was very quiet (which is a must for me) and had some nice outdoor space to relax. The area itself is very upmarket and quiet, although there are not a huge number of amenities nearby. There is a small supermarket next the marina, a lovely cafe and a bar restaurant with a lovely outdoor area within walking distance. A car/bike would be essential as Alcudia is too far to go walking. There is lots of space on the road for extra cars if required. The hosts responded to all our questions quickly and made the arrival process very easy. Overall and excellent stay

Awesome stay

Gorgeous house! Feels really safe and secure. Very clean and Joan was so helpful and flexible with check in/out times. He was very quick with responses also. The pool was lovely and so relaxing. Garden and pool gets sun most of the day. Highly recommend staying here! We will certainly be back!! It was really 5*

Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, gepflegten Wohngegend. Joan war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Kommunikation und der Service waren super (eine defekte Kaffeemaschine wurde kurzfristig ausgetauscht; das Infoheft mit Umgebungsinformationen/Tipps war sehr hilfreich). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

A very clean and tranquil villa

We really enjoyed our stay, the villa was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with utensils etc making it easy to cook! The pool was also really well kept, although unfortunately the storms meant we only got in it once! There is very little in walking distance and the hill is steep so a car is essential really. Would not hesitate to recommend

Our holiday in Bonaire August 2018

The house is quite new and well furnished. The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning is present in all rooms. Nice pool and outdoor patio with barbeque. The only negative aspect is the payment of electricity at the end of the holiday. Although it was included in the contract, the rates applied are far above the cost of energy in Spain. We used the air conditioning at night and not all the nights but the consumption was really excessive and the bill at the end of the holiday is not a nice surprise! I recommend the property to include the electricity costs in the total cost of the villa, as was done in the nearby villas where our friends were staying. Manager Juan super kind and helpful! Great villa

On arriving to the villa, Joan was very pleasant, he made us feel very welcome and was able to give recommendations of places to eat, supermarkets, beaches and things to do. The villa itself was great, it was spotless and pool was just what we were hoping for. The only negatives was that the garden did have lots of cat poo, as there are wild cats that live close by, but they were very friendly and the kittens were lovely. It was a bit of pain having to get up every morning to pick all the poo up though. Maybe poo bags could also be provided for the villa. The villa was advertised as child friendly, we had a 2 year old and a 4 year old, so we were concerned that one the doors didn’t have a lock from the inside out the pool, there was also another door that opened with no lock which had quite a drop to the garage area. We had to use chair to try barricade these doors so the children couldn’t get out. When I spoke to Joan about that he did seem to take that on board and said they would look into putting a higher up lock out of children’s reach. They were really two very minor things though. Overall we had a great time, the villa is a very good size, the kitchen was fully equipped, the bbq could maybe do with an upgrade but it did the job. The views from the balcony were stunning and it had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for your hospitality!

nicht besonders gut gepflegtes und leicht in die Jahre gekommenes Haus

Die Villa ist insgesamt nicht schlecht, jedoch fanden wir, dass man bei dem Preis mehr erwarten kann. Zunächst das Positive: Der Hausverwalter Juan war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat versucht, unsere Beschwerden zu verbessern. Die Lage der Villa ist gut und insbesondere der Außenbereich und der Blick von der Dachterrasse schön. Juan hat uns den Checkout um zwei Stunden nach hinten gelegt. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr gut. Das Negative: Die Villa war nicht besonders sauber. Spinnweben, Zigarettenstümmel, Kloakengeruch im Bad, dreckige Vorhänge. Nach der Beschwerde wurde das Haus gereinigt und das Bad stank auch nicht mehr. Die Bäder sind insgesamt recht alt und für acht Personen sehr unglücklich aufgeteilt und zu klein. Das größte Problem für uns waren jedoch die Betten, extrem weiche Matratzen und zusammengeschobene, billige Teile ließen uns nicht besonders gut schlafen. Jeden Abend mussten wir Grillen aus dem Haus entfernen, die trotz geschlossener Fenster in das Haus gekommen sind und bekanntlich ja auch recht laut sind. Wie im Inserat angekündigt, mussten wir noch den Strom zahlen. Die Villa diente uns nur zum Schlafen. Tagsüber waren wir bei Freunden in der Nähe, haben dort gegessen und sind erst nachts zurückgekommen. Dennoch mussten wir recht viel Strom zahlen. Anscheinend verbraucht die Klimaanlage hier soviel. Zusammengefasst handelt es sich um eine mittelmäßige Villa, die von einem guten und hilfsbereiten Verwalter betreut wird. Für das Geld für eine Woche waren wir jedoch nicht zufrieden!

Sme rodina s tromi detmi. Velmi sme vahali kam sa vyberieme tento rok. Zvolili sme Mallorcku, nasli sme tuto uzastnu Villu musim zhodnotit nezaudnutelny zazitok vzdy urcite sa vratime. Nakolko sme vzdy vybrali moznost hotela tento krat sme zvolili Vilu a je to urcite o mnoho pohodlnejsie koli detom. Vila je v krasnej tichej lokalite so sukromnym bazenom velmi pekne dekorovany a plne zariadeny. Takze dakujem Mallorce Holiday Properties za kvalitny servis a plnu pozornost. Schönes Haus, tolle Umgebung. Bonaire liegt etwas außerhalb von Alcúdia, Schickes Villenviertel. Die Müllentsorgung in der Region suboptimal.

Perfekter unkomplizierter Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus ! Perfekt für 8 Personen geeignet . Ruhige Wohngegend, sehr empfehlenswert auch aufgrund des Verwalters . Keine 2 Stunden später wurde auf fragen bzw. Probleme reagiert, auch per whatsapp oder sms . Tips und Tricks wurden in einem kurzen Meeting weitergegeben ( einkaufen, Strandlage, Restaurants) . Ein Mietwagen ist von Vorteil Nichtnur wegen der Einkäufe und strandfahrten. Die stadt alcudia ist sehr interessant und schnell zu erreichen .
