Welcome to our fully furnished condo in the Catalina Foothills, a premier vacation destination north of Tucson!

Our 700 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo is on the first floor and is within walking distance to the grocery store, shops, and restaurants. It is conveniently located near the Loew’s Ventana Canyon, Sabino Canyon National Recreation Area, and Rillito River Park. Downtown Tucson, Mt. Lemmon, and University of Arizona are only a few miles away from the property.

Condo amenities include fully equipped kitchen, flat-screened TV, basic cable, WIFI, washer and dryer, quality furnishings, and private patio.

Wander through the resort style common areas and you will find beautifully landscaped and park like grounds, a spacious heated pool with cascading waterfall and a hot tub, fireplace, barbeque area, gazebo, and a gym!

We’re very sorry but pets and smoking are NOT allowed.

Peaceful Catalina Foothills

This condo was exceptional. Remodeled, clean, quiet any everything needed (except food) for a stress free stay. The condo complex is high end, well maintained, gated and safe. Complete with two deluxe pool areas and fitness center. Host was pleasant and very responsive. Very close to hiking, restaurants and shopping.

Veranda at Ventana Canyon

Hazel was quick to respond, but we did not have any complaints at all. Pool was our favorite. No noise from other apartments. We loved it there. Very well appointed with everything we needed. Way to go, Hazel!

Immaculate comfort!

I had a lovely stay here! The condo was absolutely immaculately clean. Stylish decor and all amenities imaginable. Hazel and Paul were the perfect hosts. Available and responsive yet not intrusive. I stayed here several months during my search to purchase a home after relocating to Tucson. I love this condo community! It was so peaceful and relaxing. The condo itself has a nice outdoor patio area with beautiful and serene mountain views. Each morning I opened the patio door and either enjoyed my coffee al fresco or in the living room while listening to the lovely melodies of the birds. I would most definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for privacy and comfort. Thank you so much Hazel and Paul!!

Highly recommend staying here

Hazel is an amazing host and I had a great experience staying here! The condo was impeccably clean when I arrived. It is equipped with everything you will need for a long term stay (towels, extra blankets/pillows and all kitchen items). The complex has 2 beautiful pools and a small fitness center. It’s located less than a 5 minute drive from Sabino Canyon and has many shops and restaurants within walking distance. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the host, I highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Best of Tucson

Hazel was extremely responsive, helpful, and personable. Any question we had was answered promptly. The space itself was immaculately decorated and organized. We had more than everything we needed for an extended stay, all high end finishes, and thoughtful additions like a first aid kit that certainly came in handy for us! The property itself is beautiful as well-you have a choice of two pools, and plenty of nice grilling spaces, plus your own patio with two comfy chairs! This is definitely the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in, and the most professional, thoughtful hostess we've met. Thank you so much for everything, Hazel! -Phillip and Allyssa

Amazing stay

Stayed here for 3 months for an internship and it was a quiet, friendly, clean location! I loved that everything was close by, like grocery stores and restaurants. Definitely recommend! The property was clean and well decorated :)

My husband and I lived in a few other states before settling down in Arizona. We thought we'd only spend a couple of years in Tucson but ended up falling in love with AZ's gorgeous mountains, perfect winters, stunning sunsets, unique ecosystems, and diverse culture.
