Mom's 90th birthday

Great home for 2 seniors and two families with on infant each. 5 adults and 2 infants. Large living area. Spacious kitchen / dining. Older home but well kept. Kris, the manager was accommodating as it had snowed and been very cold.

Great Weekend Getaway

Several friends and I recently enjoyed a long weekend reunion at this lovely large home in Kalispell. The location was perfect for our group since we had friends and family at various locations in and around Kalispell that we visited during our stay. We really loved the large kitchen and living room -- these were spaces we mostly congregated in for morning coffee, afternoon chats (or naps) and evening dinners, games and more catching up. We also enjoyed being able to go for walks to the nearby Conrad Mansion and Woodland Park. The home's location was very convenient to local grocery stores and restaurants as well. The property manager was very responsive and easy to contact the few times we needed to do so. Will definitely recommend this property to friends and family looking for a larger place to stay when visiting The Flathead Valley.

Wonderful Private Get-Away!

This place was a perfect location for our family of 7! There are enough bedrooms/bathrooms/sleeping options to accommodate everyone and still offer some privacy with separate floor living/sleeping areas. It's very quiet and private despite being off a busier road, nestled down in the trees on a private drive. It's a little hard to find in the dark but the property manager gave us a good description for locating it. It's very roomy with large living areas, updated appliances and plenty of dining and family room seating. It's located just a few blocks from downtown, so quick access to restaurants, shopping, museums and fun history explores, plus only 20 minutes from the West entrance of Glacier Park. It's also only 60 miles from the Canadian border if you feel like venturing over. We would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity in the future!

Hideaway in the Middle of Town

This house was fun with 3 levels and 4 large bedrooms to separate guests into their own space. Lots of extra counter space in the kitchen with an oversized island for everyone to help with food preparations. It also provided more seating in the dining room to host friends and family as they came over for meals. The location in town was a perfect hub for all our activities around Kalispell.

Awesome location

Great location in town and close to everything but still private! House fit all 8 of our friends perfectly and had several areas for us to gather in the evenings in and out. Beds were super comfy in all rooms! Would stay here again while visiting Glacier!

Great house in a great location!

My family stayed here during my sister's elopement in Glacier National Park, there was plenty of space for 3 couples and it was a great location to get ready for the wedding in! We walked to shops and restaurants downtown too, and took advantage of the park across the street. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot to visit Glacier National Park

We were 2 families of 4, with teenagers. The house was perfect for our 3 nights in the area. Calm but you get very quickly towards downtown. Kalispell is perfect to find what you need before taking road trips/hikes to Glacier National Park, which is about 30min drive away: large supermarkets, outdoor activities stores, etc... There is also everything you need in the house to be comfortable: dishwasher, washing machine, BBQ. I definitely recommend Sally's place. And everything went very smooth for check-in and check-out as well

Family Wedding

The Park Place home was perfect for our family-7 adults. Lots of room for everybody. Kitchen stocked with every thing we needed to make meals (food not included). Beds very comfortable for all. Plenty of bath towels et all.The nature around the home was wonderful (a mother Deer & her 2 fawns on the property every day). The home is close to everything/anything you may want to go to. Our stay was during record breaking heat wave, the property manager Kris was so accommodating getting the window a/c going before we arrived. We would recommend to any family. Secluded but close to everything

Charming older home situated in a private lot. There's a small creek where a group of deer come through every night near sunset. Ducks and racoons also made a suprise appearance. We had a group of nine and it was plenty of space for our needs. We arrived just as the weather was warming to the 80s in the day, so the first night was slightly warm sleeping upstairs, but the property manager immediately responded and resolved the issue promptly. The kitchen is well equipped (we cooked most meals in) and minus a tea pitcher and baking pans for our southern palate, had everything we needed. A trip to the grocery store, less than a mile away, quickly resolved those needs as well. We were delighted with the cooler weather in the evening and so happy to have the patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy it, the swingset was a nice surprise. A washer and dryer on site was so incredibly helpful. It felt like you were out of town away from everything, but it was super convenient to anything we needed. We will definitely stay again if we're up this way.

Convenient and Roomy Older Home

Positives are the location (relatively short walk to town), roominess, privacy. Home was clean, though there is obvious deferred maintenance on the exterior and the age of the home is apparent. All necessary household items were provided, and presence of deer on the lot was a plus.

Not great

The house is a nice old house, but smelly and we had to clean the deck and deck furniture to use it as it was covered with debris. The barbecue grill was unusable it was so dirty and the oven was as well. It had a puddle of grease in the bottom that when we turned it on to warm up sourdough bread, it filled the house with smoke, so we were unable to use it the rest of our stay.

Kalispell retreat

This is a spacious house in a perfect location - in between Flathead Lake and Glacier, and it is across the street from Woodland Park. Even though it is in town, the way the house is situated makes it feel like a retreat. We even saw a mama deer and two little ones on the property every day!

Great location!

We stayed here for my daughter‘s wedding at the Diamond B. This was a great location. Still in town and accessible to all the local amenities as well as being private and secluded. Within walking distance of downtown, museums, Woodland park and water park. The three levels were great to accommodate the multiple families that stayed. I would definitely stay here again.

My Husband and I, along with our son Ethan bought and remodeled this house in 2015. Ethan did or contracted the entire remodel himself Our family has lived in the area for over 40 years. We all deeply appreciate activities outdoors and time spent together as a family, Need to know the best fishing holes, trails to hike (in and outside of Glacier National Park), dining, best shopping boutiques, most accommodating spas, child care facilities? Just ask US and we promise you will not be disappointed.
Although Ethan lives next door, he is often quite busy. Terry (My husband) and I spend our summers in Glacier National Park. Therefore we are so fortunate to have our Property Manager, Kris Reed, available to assist you with any of your needs and greet you once you arrive!

Why they chose this property

This is our first family "project" in Kalispell. We loved the idea of owning something historical and close to the Conrad Mansion and Woodland Park . This area of town is dear to our hearts. The location is absolutely dreamy.

What makes this property unique

This spacious three level house was just completely remodeled and restored and is the perfect location for your vacation or event related stay. It is located in Kalispell on a large and very private park-like wooded lot with a creek flowing through.
