About this property

4 Bedroom Oasis Next To Beach, Pool, Hot Tub, Immaculate.

Absolutely Immaculate, completely redone ranch home, very close to the beach, year-round heated pool and hot tub (both heated 24/7), TVs in all bedrooms, super comfy beds, high-speed wireless, use of the office.

My home has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. All beds, linens, and pillows are super comfy. Of the three bathrooms, there is one inside with a tub/shower/ vanity/sink and toilet, the other is a pool bathroom accessed off the lanai and has a shower, sink, and toilet, and the master has a private bath with a large shower, one sink vanity and toilet. My home looks brand new and I like my guests to keep it that way. I would prefer having guests that care about staying in a nice place and respect the effort I put in to keep it that way.

Every guest has the full run of the house. You can use the pool, hot tub and fire pit anytime, day or night, but please keep the noise down to a minimum after 10 pm. This is a family neighborhood that is quiet, the house is very private and I certainly want people that are looking to relax and have fun without going crazy.

A little bit about the area: Bonita Springs is situated between Naples and Ft Myers. We are within short driving distance to the Miramar Outlet Mall (name brand clothing at sale prices), Coconut Point Mall (Dining, shopping, and movie theaters), the Mercado (Whole Foods, clubs, bars, great restaurants, and shopping), Several great beaches including Bonita Beach where you can rent jet skis and other water toys, Docs beach house for food and drinks, and boat rental places close by. This is an incredible place to see amazing sunsets and swim in the Gulf of Mexico.

"Oasis" is perfect getaway!

Third visit. Spent 8 hot & sunny Floridays enjoying this beautiful property & pool. Love the walkable neighbourhood and proximity to the beach & Royal Scoop! We love the layout of the house, especially the huge kitchen island which is a great family gathering area when we're not outside. Pool bathroom/shower is a BIG plus. Thanks for this perfect oasis from our northern winter!

Spring Break

We were here with our son’s family. Our grandkids are 12, 5 and 2. The house is beautiful and we all loved the pool. There are restaurants within walking distance and everything is a short drive. We walked down to ocean daily. The kitchen was well equipped for meals at home. Plenty of room for the 7 of us. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed everything the house had to offer from the pool to the hot tub. Plenty of space inside for us to spread out and enjoy ourselves. Located a few min from multiple beaches.

We enjoyed everything about our stay. This house is spotless, had everything we needed, and was very convenient to both the beaches and highway. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood which made it great when enjoying the time spent by the pool. Rob was a great host and was extremely responsive when we had questions. What a beautiful home!!

We absolutely loved our stay. What a beautiful property - the pool was huge and so clean. Wall to wall sliding doors from all sides of the house and master bedroom out to the lanai and pool. Cleanest home - I’m picky. But this place was spotless. And the house manager Amy could not have been more lovely and accommodating. For sure a perfect property for family - 4 big bedrooms plus an office. Shopping nearby and closeTo Naples. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful and Peaceful

The property was incredibly peaceful, clean, and the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. The kids loved the pool and we loved the large kitchen and family room! Rob was very communicative during our stay and quickly helped us through a few questions upon our arrival. Hope to be back again soon!

The property is in a quiet neighborhood which we enjoyed. Everything was close. We visited Bonita Beach, Sanibel Island and Marco Island. The house is just as pictured. We would love to stay there again!

Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to the backyard, where there is a beautiful pool area. The pool has lounge chairs, lush greenery, and ambient lighting create a serene, resort-like atmosphere. Overall, this house is a perfect blend of modern design, comfort, and natural beauty, offering a luxurious retreat. Plus this home is just a couple miles from Barefoot Beach and just over 5 miles to Vanderbilt Beach. Perfect location for a beach family.

, This house is my favorite so far, since I stayed in this house I don’t want to stay in another house unless this is not available, super clean and fresh, I love the kitchen, I love the pool is nice and clean they give it maintenance every week, I love the neighborhood very quiet, good for families that are looking for relaxing vacations, if you are a Party person this isn’t your place ,I give this house five stars because I can’t give more otherwise I would , but i really recommend this place is excellent ! Looking forward to stayy there my next vacations in November.

Lovely vacay!

We spent the month of March in Bonita Springs and it was wonderful! This home is described accurately; very spacious, nicely updated, ideal location and lovely pool/outdoor area. We had both family and friends visit and they loved the house! Plenty of room to gather together, and room to have your own space as well. The neighborhood is very quiet, walking distance to fine restaurants such as Enzo's, Wylds Cafe and of course Royal Scoop Ice Cream Shop. Short drive to many, many other quality dining experiences. Bonita Beach is barely a 5 minute drive, though many canals are also visible on walks around the neighborhood. Kayaking and boat rentals are also very close by. Pool service and lawncare was weekly, this home is very well maintained. We contacted Rob just a few times for very minor questions and he was extremely prompt/responsive. Our only disappointment was that it was already booked for next March ~ we would definitely stay again!

Great Experience

This place was a great property. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. The pool and hot tub were big highlights of the trip. You are about a 5-10 minute drive to the beach also.

This home was impeccable! It was everything the pictures showed and so much more. The house was roomy for enough for us 3 couples, to feel like we had our own space, but also the perfect setting to be able to hangout together! Beautiful decor, everything was fresh and updated, pool was amazing, and the hot tub was great. Kitchen was high end and had everything we needed. Couldn’t have asked for a cleaner, nicer place to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday with our friends. We would love to come back, and enjoy this house again! 5 Stars for sure, A ++++, and 100% for this house and owner!!!

I am originally from England and have lived in America for many years, first Los Angeles and now Bonita Springs. I am a general contractor/developer here and life is good. I love the beach and the year-round sunshine SW Florida has to offer. My work takes up quite a lot of time but I love people and love to socialize. My hobbies are paddle boarding, golfing (although haven't been in a long time), the gym, running, traveling, movies and business. I am extremely easy going and get along with everyone. I enjoy a good laugh, good food and good company : ) Update on this description is that I am now retired and often traveling. Two of my friends help me manage the property, Rich and Amy. Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property because of its proximity to the beach. I also prefer Bonita Springs over Naples because of its small beach town feel. When I first saw the house, It had really good bones and I have spent the last 4 years completely redoing it.

What makes this property unique

This neighboorhood is pretty much always very quiet at night. The neighbors are not often here but everyone is friendly. If you like a good walk you can walk to the beach or its an easy bike or car ride. The home sits on almost 1/2 an acre and is spacious, light and open. The pool and hot tub are fantastic - saltwater and heated year-round.
