A Beautiful Family Getaway

The cabin was clean, had amazing views, and really comfortable. We will definitely be coming back, it was one our favorite vacations as a family.

A walk in the clouds cabin

It was decent. No wifi and very limited direct tv options. Missing some remote controls. The hot tub has seen better days. There are wooden knobs missing from a bunch of doors. So it was so so.

A walk in the clouds cabin

I loved the cabin itself and the view was pretty, but the hot tub didn’t work and there was glue all around the bottom inside where it had patched. There wasn’t batteries in most of the remotes but other than that it was a nice stay.

Smokey mountain escape

Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Friends and I loved sipping coffee and watching the mountains from the rocking chairs. Easy drive in and out of town and a peaceful escape from the busy streets of Pigeon forge. Was even able to get Uber rides to and from in the evening. Will hopefully be back!

Great View!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The view was fantastic. Our teenagers enjoyed the loft area and hot tub. There was more than enough room for our group. The surfaces were all clean, but a deep cleaning was overdue. Some updates are needed…but nothing that ruined our stay. We did contact the property management group to ask them to bring us a ball for the foosball table. We booked based on the amenities, gaming being one of them. They were not helpful at all and did resolve the issue, so we could not use the table our entire stay but rather kept telling us to look for it. No Wi-fi, but that didn’t bother us. Direct TV is very basic package, so if we stayed again I would bring DVDs.

NO WIFI

NO WIFI! this should have been the first thing listed when describing the property. I’ve been renting cabins for years now and WIFI is a standard. Multiple issues with the property. Microwave quit working. Hot tub had cracks with glue, continuously leaking also lights didn’t work on hot tub. Found out washer only works on one setting after multiples time on the standard setting that it wouldn’t drain. Stains on several sinks. Mold and mildew in shower curtains. No light over the grill area for nighttime cooking. Keypad had no backlight. Fireplaces for decorative look but they didn’t even work properly. Place has potential but the owners need to do some upgrading.

Large beautiful house, amenities not as described

House was beautiful and the view was breathtaking however washer/dryer are apartment size for a house that could sleep 12 and even when washing small loads gave us trouble, cooking gear was dirty and had to be washed before use, NO WI-FI, and hot tub was disgusting and couldn’t be used, remotes missing batteries and a lamp was an electrical hazard. Overall, not unhappy with our stay- just disappointed that these things weren’t clean or up-to-date for the price.

Amazing little cabin

Our family took a quick three day trip and stayed in this cabin. The cabin is absolutely beautiful and plenty of room for our family. Seriously, you could hear the audible gasp from each of us as we walked in lol. When we arrived it was very clean including fresh linens throughout the house. The property management company was in communication up to the day of checkin. The checkin process was easy and all virtual which made it easier for us since we arrived in the area early and were our sight-seeing. The location is breathtaking. We spent mornings and evenings on the balcony watching the su rise and sunset over the mountains. The teens (and adults) loved the pool table! The location was great to allow us to do touristy things during the day. I greatly appreciated the washer-dryer for towels and swim suits. It was fun watching the wildlife from the balcony. Checkout was also super easy. I would absolutely love here if I could. We will definitely be visiting again!!

TN Getaway

This cabin is in need of major updates. The showers are broken. You turn knobs around and around to find warm water if it doesn’t turn it off and they put out hardly any water in the shower. Ceiling fans need replacing. One in main floor family room looks like it will fall apart apart turned on and main floor bedroom has one speed since the chain is broken. We had big ants in the kitchen. The TV channels were basic and no wifi. This day and age you should have way more to offer. If you don’t want people to stream channels at least have more than basic local channels. TVs are very outdated and why have one in a bedroom that’s dvd only. I don’t understand why someone doesn’t have wifi especially when people need to work. The view was beautiful and the windows as well. Just wish we could have had fans running during the day when it heated up. I also realize we were there during an unusual heatwave. Vacasa was great, this was our first experience with them. Oh and there are pigeons camped out under the piece attached to the ceiling of the porch under the hot tub.

Mediocre

Cabin wasn't the cleanest. Hot tub wasn't full enough to use the jets, pretty sure it has a leak. The jets in the tub in the master bedroom also didn't work. Fans made so much noise at night you couldn't even keep them on and the air circulation in these cabins are terrible. The beds need replaced as they are starting to indent where you sleep. Everything else was as expected.

Underwhelming experience

The location was great and the views were fantastic. Aside from that, the unit needed general maintenance all around. Beds were uncomfortable and amenities were lacking. Not bad enough for us to leave early but definitely wouldn't return in the future.

A good stay was had by all!

The views are amazing! The property is nice. Spacious for our family of 6. The boys enjoyed the pool table & foosball as well as the hot tub. The kitchen is very well equipped. It was fairly clean overall but could use new beds, some maintenance on the balcony rails (beware!) and general DEEP clean of rugs, floors & fixtures. Overall, we had a fantastic stay! Property manager was extremely attentive & responsive when we needed some extras & we would definitely stay again!!
