5 Bedroom, 3 Bath townhome in a great location close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor. The second floor is the living, dining, kitchen, bedroom, and full bath. There is a spacious deck off the living area and 2 decks off the back bedrooms. There are two more bedrooms and a full bath on the third floor. Beds are 1 Bedroom with a King/2 Bedrooms each with a Queen/1 Bedroom with 1-Bunk (2 Twins) 1-Pyramid (twin over a full) and 5th Bedroom has 1-Twin and 1- Pyramid (twin over a full) Owner does not provide linens or towels. 4-Beach Tags provided but not guaranteed.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
