“Beary nice cabin”

This cabin was very nice , we had a lovely and comfortable stay. Only suggestion for owners would be to provide a little more deck furniture and maybe trim the overgrowth so guest can see a little of the Mountain View. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described

Checking in and out was a breeze. The cabin was exactly as described. The driveway is VERY STEEP, The view of mountains was blocked by some trees that should be trimmed & the porch furniture needs upgrading but was a great stay!

Was only there for a weekend

We absolutely loved it. My son my wife and myself went down for 2 night for my cousins wedding but we had such a comfortable stay. Very grateful that the couch bed was on the main floor as we had our 3 year old with us. The hot tub and shower were awesome (didnt have time to use the jacuzzi) but everything was beautiful only thing i could suggest is removing the trees in front of the front porch so stayers can see the beautiful mountain range

Loved the cabin

We loved the cabin. However there was no lighting in the hot tub area as well as no shower. There is a shower head but no way to turn it on. Could most definitely use a new mattress as well. Other than those things the cabin and view was beautiful

Cozy Cabin

Absolutely love this cabin. The only thing I would change and I see this on past reviews and they haven’t changed for two years. Is that the bed is super uncomfortable and the couch is hard as a rock..

We made the best of it

The bed is EXTREMELY uncomfortable and worn down. When we arrived the A/C unit was frozen, as well as the flapper and chain in the back of the toilet being broken. Vacasa got a maintenance guy to come quickly with window units and he fixed the toilet as well. The jacuzzi tub, hot tub, fireplaces, pool table and arcade were all very nice, super relaxing and fun. Overall it was clean. We did not sleep well, but we tried to make the best out of it.

The cabin was clean and well supplied with all comforts of home. The driveway was a challenge but we overcame it.The kitchen really could use a better skillet and the coffee pot failed to work the last morning that we were there. All in all it was a good stay.I would go there again and I recommend it to all.

Decent Short Stay

Good location to the main strip of pigeon forge, bed was not comfortable, wifi did not work and we only stayed there one night so it wasn’t able to be fixed before we left. I contacted the guest services and they gave me steps to follow but that did not fix it either. They said they would reach out to their local team to get it fixed but no one ever came and since we only stayed one night we never got it solved. Appliances are nice and TV’s worked fine. Loft was a fun addition. Feels secluded enough from other cabins, for a short stay I think it was just fine.

Uncomfortable

The cabin’s cleanliness was somewhat standard. We did notice there was literal feces smeared on our shower curtain so that definitely turned us off. The view wasn’t that great due to a huge tree smack in the middle of the porch. The furniture and mattress were HORRIBLE. The mattress we slept on had the springs poking your body all night long. The couches in the living room were hard and just uncomfortable. If the couches and mattress would be replaced, it wouldn’t have been so bad. I wouldn’t recommend this cabin to anyone unless these items are replaced with something brand new. Hot tub was great though.

Deceiving pictures and non existent manager

The pictures are extremely deceiving and portray a scenic view with maybe one other cabin around. When we arrived, the cabin is sitting in the middle of a cabin subdivision with little to no view of the mountains. Also the bed was broken. I tried to reach the property manager and never could get a response, so me and my wife had to sleep on a broken bed the whole weekend.

Costly acorns and yucky spider webs : (

The house itself is ok--there were spider webs in every corner--above the kitchen, above the shower, above the bed, above the coach, it just makes you wonder if they really ever clean anything??? Then to top it all off--the ONLY parking place for this house sits under an acorn tree that has HUGE acorns. It made over 18 dents in our BMW and we had to make a claim with AllState--costing over $700.00. The only other complaint is that the hot tub sits back in a hole on the porch with NO light (just to see if there was anything in it or spiders around it) and seems visible to the neighbors so we did not use it. Overall, we won't be back.

Heaven Scent Cabin

The cabin was very clean, location beautiful and peaceful. Cozy cabin for our family, we had a great time, other than my hubby and I didn’t sleep all that good on the bed that’s there. The kitchen is sparsely stocked but we had everything we needed. Living room is small but very cozy we had a great time with our family watching movies and just hanging out. The loft area and game room is great. Would’ve been nice to have at least two rolls of toilet paper. (And fyi when it runs out you do know people will use the paper towel from the kitchen) so it would be worth a few more dollars to keep just one or two more rolls of toilet paper there! Also the bed. I saw so many bad reviews on that bed and thought surely it’s taken care of by now. Especially with all those bad reviews and complaints you’d think it would get taken care of. Gave me a headache, my spine in a pretzel. Very negative sleeping experience in this cabin! (Sam’s club sells hotel quality beds for 300-500$) ….Otherwise, a decent place, but the bed is what will keep me from coming back. Wouldn’t even consider that place again. Sleep is important, probably the most important thing. No place is cute enough or clean enough to justify a bad nights sleep and the need for a chiropractor after your stay. You could take your place from a 2 or 3 up to a 5 just by replacing the bed.

Honest Review

Overall it’s a decent cabin with a great location and quick access to attractions. Pro: Location, Clean, app instructions were great! Cons: little outdated, furniture needs replaced, bedroom mattress is horrible, hot tub isn’t very private, NO EXTERIOR LIGHTS EXCEPT BY ENTRANCE DOOR.
