I have been to many places here in Colorado, none have met my full expectations, until I found this place. It is cute, sufficient in size, and made me never want to leave. 10 out of 10, the best staycation we’ve found while out and about exploring places in CO. We are most definitely going to attend again for this upcoming summer!
Rented the cabin for my anniversary weekend in November. We didn't see a single other person, which I enjoyed, but I'm sure it's a wildly different experience in-season.
The stream and woods were right out our door, and we had some nice little walks. Looks like a lot of bigger hiking opportunities nearby, but we didn't go far.
It's about a ten or fifteen minute drive to a gas station or store. The site was quiet and secluded (in winter). Saw lots of deer.
The cabin was plenty warm with two space heaters. The utensils and dishes were also plenty enough for us to cook a few meals with. The small loft was very cute, and I think kids would have a blast staying up there.
My only :/ moment was that the bathroom wall by the toilet looked like it needed a lil wash.
Enjoyed it a lot, and I plan to be back!
This is a cabin located in the mountains, and if you are trying to get away from technology this is the place for you. No TVs, no service, no Wifi. Beautiful view from balcony, there is a lodge that has Wifi, pools were closed :( there is mini golf course, just a few min from state park but everything else at least an hour away. Had a great time and stay.
I must say this property is wonderful and even more than I hoped. I have been personally burned out the last couple years and decided the cut the world off for almost a couple weeks. I spent the last 10 days here in a beautiful cabin. For me that meant no technology cell phone or groups of people. During the winter this is the perfect place. Although, Summer time it's booming, this season of the year it's just what I needed. It allowed me to began the process of rebooting my mind and getting my soul spirit and body back in tack. The staff are awesome. Great friendly down to earth people. They make sure you are comfortable and needs are provided. Amy Cristine and Jill 👍. I never thought I would find my twin brother in the mountains. That just so happened to be 6 inches tall, 6 yrs older and slightly lighter (white) Lol. James head of maintenance is my dude. I really enjoyed our conversations. I would definitely recommend Cutty's to anyone. My plans are to return in the Summer but also the Winter for that needed time to unplug. To all the Team Thanx mucho! Enjoy 2022! Make it Great remember it's your choice!
Almost forgot. Phenomenal wildlife experience. Wonderful soothing flowing creek the extent of the property. Wild turkeys, extraordinary blue birds, deer, bear tracks and my first mountain lion siting. If you're an outdoors person you'll love it.
