Includes: Living room with a lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV), a dining area, and an equipped open kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer); bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet; separate toilet; Bedroom 1: 2 beds in 80*200, wardrobe, desk; Bedroom 2: bed in 140*200, closet; Bedroom 3: bed in 140*190, closet; garage (for storage only) with washing machine. Enclosed garden: garden furniture, barbecue, terrace (1 covered part, 1 part with awning). The owner gives the possibility to use bicycles and surf equipment left on the spot (condition not guaranteed). 2 hammocks. Capacity: 6 people. WIFI.
